Parking: Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando offers free, 24-hour-secured gated parking with plenty of room for buses and RVs. Parking is free for each guest’s first two cars. Afterward, each of the guest’s additional cars will be charged a $10 per night, per car parking fee.

Pet Policy: Dogs are most welcome. Guestroom accounts are charged a no-nrefundable fee of $15, plus tax, per dog, per guestroom, and per night. Service animals excluded. If paying cash, a $50 deposit, plus tax, is required. The cash deposit is refundable after our staff has inspected the guestroom. Please notify the hotel prior to arrival date if traveling with a pet.

This a motel type rooms , rooms are very old and dark carpet smells like cheap motel , breakfast is not included, it is located right next to I.4 highway is noisy all night long, also a helicopter tour it is next door so hear the helicopter taking off and landing all day long ,lot of people making noise in the hotel area

The hotel is in an amazing position on I Drive the rooms were cleaned everyday, the pool was great and not overcrowded the Bar was great the lads who worked there were always pleasant and tried to help guests. The Breakfast was amazing and really good value $17.95 just the start to a long day at the park. would I recommend this hotel YES I would it was Brilliant and I am fussy Thank you to all the Staff they were Brilliant We asked for a room on the Ground floor of Block A facing the Pool and we got it I did email in advance.

Dirty rooms as in every Virgin brochure recommended hotel Virgin Head Office don't care so this is the best platform to get the truth out. Dirty wardrobe and drawers where you are supposed to put your clothes disinfectant wipes a must pictures enclosed. Unlike the other near by Rosen hotel they do clean the stairs and the walkways. Don't get a room over looking the pools lot noise from pool area at night. Shop is ridiculously priced use the Wallgreens over the road. Could be a 3 star if they cleaned thier rooms which seems so simple to correct Rosen? Area run down by drug addicts with vile mouths and violent aggression. Loads of homeless on International Drive if your walking you will be asked for money 3 to 4 times per day. The local authorities need to sort this to help these people.

I feel the need to warn others who book with virgin Myself daughter and 3 grandsons stayed here,on arriving after a long flight,got to room and found two double beds,we payed for 5 people? 2 of my grandsons are 6ft how can you fit 5 in 2 double beds? Had to go down to reception and ask for another bed,at a cost of 280 dollers,this was then pushed into our room not even putting it out,I called staff to please remove the chair so we could put bed there,why is this chair is not a pull out bed? I never complain but just to warn others ,they take money for 5 but the room is so small,please don't book if you got 5 people in your party Another thing I found was you have to book transport to universal studios day before,not a problem,but the staff on the desk I found very rude,not even looking at you? You pay alot ofmoney to go on holiday,why the attitude? Don't let me put you off booking,the pools are lovely 3 of them ,the room itself you only sleep and shower,but could do with updating very dark furniture and carpets need a good scrub , perhaps something that can be washed would be better, location Ideal,millers opposite lovely Helicopter rides nextdoor is a must Hopefully will help others,as I said I never complain but it's a cost for extra bed

Decent hotel with a good central location on I-Drive for where the majority of the action is. Stayed here a couple of times before too. Pools were clean and not overly busy when we were there. Water was extremely cold so assume it isn’t heated but I quite like it really cold so didn’t bother me. Shop sells a fair amount but isn’t cheap. We got a few bits from there. Staff in there were always very helpful and cheerful. Didn’t use the restaurant or bar. Thing I love about Rosen Hotels and the reason we always stay in them is because the air con works brilliantly. So many hotels where the air con doesn’t seem to cool the room down. No issues here. Rooms was always clean and tidy. That’s all we look for with the room as we are barely in it. Shower wasn’t great but did its job. We were in building 4 on 9th floor. Had a decent view of the I-4 which was very noisy at times and did wake us up so maybe ask to face I-Drive if you aren’t a good sleeper like me. Also one of the only hotels that doesn’t charge resort or parking fee. The gym is very small and was busy all the time when I went in. Previous visits it’s been empty but it was just as Spring Break was starting. Would stay here again for sure.
