Motel is hid away up on a cliff overlooking a pretty view. Quite, cozy and safe. Outside grounds have pretty flowers, landscaping and neat. It is not in the touristy part of town, but near Sights n Sounds theater, an shopping centers. We get the bottom front room for view and easy access, to car and office. Rooms seem to be upgraded and very clean, no smells. Beds are very comfortable. Big B BBQ not far and Billy Gails for good foods. The price can't be beat and location.

When we reserved our room, I specifically requested a first floor room with an outside entrance and I was texted back confirmation. I also called the inn to double check and the lady who answered said that’s what we were down for. When we arrived, the man at the desk was going to give us an interior room. When I told him we were confirmed for an outside ground floor room, he got VERY argumentative and rude! When he FINALLY agreed to it, he said all he had was a king room (we had reserved a double queen room) and that it would cost us additional money. (I think it was like $17, but I don’t remember exactly.). We took it anyway and when and when we went in, it was a double queen! When we left at the end of our stay, he charged us the original price, though. He was a VERY disagreeable, argumentative man and should never disrespect customers like he did us! We will never stay there again and would discourage others, as well! Side note: The room was old and outdated but was adequate. It was what I expected. We did NOT eat breakfast there as it did not look appetizing.

The rosebud Inn was wonderful, clean and very convenient to site and sound theater and access to other activities in Branson. The breakfast was a hot breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage biscuits, and gravy and all the other traditional continental breakfast items.

Nice place , in a quiet location, not expensive, nice atmosphere, breakfast ok.has elevator which is good for people who can’t do steps, has a nice outdoor pool, located one street behind the Maine drag in branson
