People like Kamila are the reason we stay at Marriott Residence Inns. We found ourselves in a predicament and needed to know what we could do in the area while we waited for friends. Kamila was friendly, courteous, and a wealth of information about local attractions and things to do. We’re both very happy that Marriott has people like Kamila.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel during a very difficult time in my life. I was in town following the passing of my mother, and the kindness and professionalism I experienced here made a meaningful difference. Kamila was extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, she showed genuine care, compassion, and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and supported, handling everything with warmth and professionalism that I will never forget. The hotel itself was excellent—clean, and welcoming—but it was the exceptional service, especially from Kamila, that made this stay stand out. I’m deeply grateful for the comfort and care I received during such a sensitive time.

I would highly recommend this hotel! Not only is this the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a while, but they also have the nicest staff ever! Our car broke down making it impossible to leave, but the amazing staff at the hotel let use extend our checkout time! Camila, Antonio and Teresa are lovely people and really made our stay worthwhile. The pool and breakfast are both lovely. The pool was cool and cleaned and the breakfast exerted my expectation! If you are looking for a family friendly place with amazing vibes I would recommend you come to the Marriot residence inn at Santa Clarita. And did I mention that they hand out free cookies to guests!!!
