"Honestly terrible, staff not able to provide a decent accomodation or any way to cancel due to quality issues"

Avoid these scammers. I did not used the rooms and they did not wanted to provide for a refund I went in the property and the two rooms they could provide were filthy. In the first room there was a red stint on the bed, multiple stints on the ground, tents and a totally unusable kitchen. In the second room there was a red stint on the ground, looking like blood, and the tents. I did not checked more since I did not feel safe sleeping there. The rooms were filthy and no bed enclosure was provided.

Stayed here with a large group of 30 people. What I look for in any lodging is clean sheets, clean bathroom, clean room, clean facilities and friendly staff. When I first checked in, the lobby was clean and warm. Front desk staff was pleasant. As I walked into my room, floors were clean, bathroom was clean and bed sheets were clean. Hotel provided cold water, hot coffee and a hot cocoa. On the negative side, the room door handle was tricky to open and the 'blackout' curtains did not completely close. For the price point, my experience here was fine.

I was disappointed to see a different Ramada than I remember. The place was so outdated. The room airconditioner was so loud that I had a hard time falling asleep even after a few drinks. The shower head could use some updating and increased water pressure.

"Pee stained beds and dirty sheets"

I booked a stay for 2 queen size beds. We were given room 230 as for every hotel i stay in I do a bed bug search on the beds. After pulling the (dirty) sheets and mattress cover off there was pee stains all over both of the of beds. The sheets were also dirty and whoever made the bed could 100% see the sheet was dirty and see used it to make the bed. I took pictures of both beds and went down to the lobby to ask for another room. The older lady working at the desk was very nice about switching us to another room. The new room the shower did leak but other then that the new room was fine. I would recommend staying somewhere.

Management Williams, Az is not doing their job. Building looked run down and room was dirty. Spreadsheet was dirty, pillowcasesdidn't get replaced after the previous guests, asked for clean ones, and replaced ouselves before laying down. Spreadsheet had stains and looked dirty, toilet looked cleaned but had a dirty ring inside. Curtains had blood spots and chairs had stains all over. Room was never cleaned during our stay had to go get toilet paper and empty our own trash can. Asked the front desk if they check rooms and lady affirmed me they check every day which I responded my room had not been checked the 3 days we had already stayed. Could not leave due to other hotels being sold out so we cut out stay short in Williams, AZ and stayed in another city that had vacancies so we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation in the Grand Canyon.
