The Ramada West Hollywood has become my "go to" Hotel of choice, when visiting family. Great value. The staff is always accommodating and responsive to my needs. The room is always clean and fresh, A/C set at an appropriate setting, and room amenities to my expectation. Something i have noticed on each visit is the quality of guests. My experience has show a nice eclectic mix of both citizens and foreign visitor (guests). Everyone is always friendly which adds to the experience.

I can't understand the positive reviews. It was dirty, the pool is not a place you would hang out at overlooking a parking lot. We had to cut our trip short a couple of days, enough though they committed to reducing our stay on check-in they refused to honour this on check out.

If I pay for a hotel that cost $200 I expect the parking to be included but no. They make you pay $50 PER NIGHT. If you need a hotel to stay at DO NOT STAY HERE.
