Ramada Pigeon Forge North by Wyndham in Pigeon Forge, TN

The hotel, workers, room, food, pool were great!! I am a returned customer and plan to stay with them everytime!! I go to Pigeon Forge a minimum of four times a year!!! We will be back in a few months. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful! The best!!

Hotel appearance and cleanliness was good, so I wouldn't hesitate to return based on these factors. However, I will not return based on their policy to not honor do-not-disturb signs on your room door. They explicitly state that they will disregard these signs to service your room whether you want it or not.

Terrible, checked in went to the room and left. Old smelly musty hotel. From the lobby to the rooms. Didn't stay a single night but was charged for the complete 4 night reservation. We immediately returned to the lobby and voiced our concerns and that we would not be staying. We were told to contact Expedia to cancel the reservation. Made contact with Expedia, Expedia contacted the hotel, hotel confirmed and approved the cancelation and assured no charges were to be made. The day we would have checked out. I Received an invoice for the amount of the reservation. Immediately I checked my credit card statement and saw the charges. Within the half hour we returned to the hotel lobby. At that time two seperate employees attempted to issue the refund. They each tried several times, but to no avail. As we were leaving the area concerned by a time issue several employees assured us that the Assistant General Manager was able and would do the refund. I requested the AGM make contact via a phone call or email. I called later the same day and was told "she is not able to take my call." I again asked for follow up. The next day, I emailed her with details of all conversations, interactions, and expectations no reply of any sort. Having been consistently assured from all persons that we would not be charged I am having to fight to get a refund. Keep in mind, we never stayed a single night. The most time in the hotel was spent trying to get the refund. There has been ZERO follow up from the hotel. Don't make a reservation or stay there. In that area there are many hotels and opportunities. You've been warned

I was apprehensive at first of staying there, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and updated. Free parking. Check-in was easy, there’s 24 hour coffee and the rooms were suitable. Beds were comfortable, I could use more blankets than they supply, but I brought my own so that was a move point. My room could’ve used an update on the television and the bathroom for sure, but it was workable. The toilet did run and the shower rod was rusted on the ends but other than that, it was pretty comfortable. One thing the fan didn’t work either in the bathroom so that was a little awkward or could be. Also, the one time I decided to use the iron and ironing board, the ironing board can I park in my hands. But overall, those were little things and we had a nice day and were comfortable for the four days we were there so really I can’t complain too much! I would actually stay again.

Convenient location. Nicely maintained pool (heated) and continental breakfast was abundant and opened desirable hours.
