Even though you will NOT find information online about it this hotel is undergoing extensive renovations, be warned!! . Because of it most of the hotel is closed off and blocked off. That wouldn’t even be a problem, but it’s clear that they have decided not to take any care of the existing rooms because they probably plan to renovate. Carpet was filthy in the room. Heating air conditioning unit was filled with dirt and lint. The room smelled horribly of must and mildew. I actually checked out and forfeited my nights room reservation and moved hotels. The manager was unwilling to refund, even though the room was such a horrible state. as he probably would have to do that for every person who showed up at the hotel and was so disappointed. The front desk woman was very nice and unfortunately, I’m sure she is constantly dealing with this issue because the hotel is in such a sad state. We’ve been staying here for years, but at this point, we will not return and have canceled our upcoming reservations.

Hotel was in desperate need of repairs. Curtains were torn, bathtub was the size of one in an RV, carpets filthy and hotel is under renovation with workers starting at 7 am hammering, drilling and heavy construction adjacent our room. We were unaware and front desk offered no apology or reimbursement of any type. This hotel should be shut down for such major repairs or at least not booking rooms right next door and across from rooms being reconstructed. OSHA should come and take a look. We were here for a funeral and this experience didn’t make it any better. Never staying at a Radisson ever again.

We stayed here the night before my fiancé had to take the MCAT at nearby test center. The staff was friendly enough. First problem is that the fitness center was closed--no mention on their website. We wanted to work out before the test, and that was part of the reason we stayed here. They offered us passes for the YMCA down the street which wasn't even open early enough. The hotel was in pretty bad shape due to renovations, only one working elevator. The hallway near our room smelled distinctly like kitty litter. Second major problem, the AC was the loudest I had ever experienced in my 36 years on this planet. All we wanted really wanted was a good night sleep, but we woke up every single time the AC came on, and it was late June, so turning it off was not an option. Woke up exhausted and furious. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.
