Quality Inn Branson On the Strip in Branson, MO

The room itself was very tiny for a two queen room. There was a door adjoining the next room that we had no contact with, but the door itself had old built-up dirt on it. There was no drain plug for the bathroom sink. The grounds were filthy. There was trash everywhere. The ice machines that were outside in the hallways were vandalized and filthy. The washcloths and towels were all old stained and nubby. This hotel has outside entry only, and there were separate buildings- the building that faces the highway had been renovated at least on the outside. The building they put us in was behind The first building. The second building that they put us in had not been updated and was very creepy and scary. I would never bring my family there and stay again. We did not have room to move around. We did not feel safe.

The hotel is disgusting. Breakfast is worst. I would say, if you can stay in your car, please do so. All of the above, they charge 4.00 ADMINSTRATION FEE, ON THE TOP OF THE ROOM RATE". The lady desk clerk, on 6/23/25 is a snob. No customer service skill. Owners don't care, either have 2 many properties or have given up. A good customer service and honesty in hospitality is needed. It's like customer loyality is not there. Choice brand does not care also. Very dirty property. Does not meet standard at all. Again, if you stay in your car, do so. Choice brand hotels have gone down the hill. I hope this helps for both parties, hotel and customers to learn from this review.

A Modest Motel Let’s start with the positives: Outstanding staff—they truly go above and beyond! The Hungarian worker, in particular, is delightful and very accommodating. Prime location—situated right on the strip, just minutes from the Titanic Museum, Branson Mountain Coaster, and even a Walmart in case you forgot essentials like toothpaste or a razor. Two decently sized pools. Spacious rooms. Some rooms feature an in-room hot tub—a nice touch! Pleasant lobby atmosphere. Mini-fridge and microwave in every room. Standard shower and bath. All the usual amenities—hair dryer, iron and board, TV. Now, on to some areas for improvement (shared with kindness, so the establishment can enhance its offerings and attract more bookings): Fixtures throughout the hotel and rooms need repairs. No gym or fitness center available. Can be noisy due to the strip location—running the fan overnight helps muffle the sound. Breakfast, while not terrible, could be improved. Adding more options—especially for those with dietary restrictions like dairy-free and gluten-free—would increase guest satisfaction and encourage repeat stays. The windows, meant to be blackout, are transparent during daylight hours, and there are no blinds or privacy curtains—only standard blackout curtains. This means that if you want natural light in your room during the day, make sure you’re dressed, as passersby can see inside. Communication challenges at the front desk. While I understand how difficult it is to learn a new language, the front desk worker is not a fluent English speaker, which made even simple requests a bit tricky. We worked through it, but I can imagine some impatient guests getting frustrated. That said, she was incredibly courteous, always smiling, and maintained a positive demeanor. Priority Opportunities for Improvement: Consider adding a gym or fitness center. Explore local suppliers for expanded breakfast options. Install blinds or privacy curtains that allow natural light while ensuring guest privacy. Introduce a small front desk shop with competitively priced essentials. With Walmart only a 20-minute walk away, prices would need to be set accordingly.

Poor service. Hidden fee. Stay somewhere else. Had to make multiple trips just to get towels and toilet paper. No room service. Elderly lady at the desk is rude and just wanted to blame everything on "the owner." This was our second time here, great before but not this time. Go somewhere else. We definitely will in the future.

This is supposedly a smoke free hotel, but we could smell cigarette smoke as we walked through the corridor to our balcony. Our view from that balcony consisted of a camping trailer stuffed with trash, a rusted out car with flat tires, & an unmarked white van with no license plates. I called to tell the front desk about the guy smoking & hanging around the van. They informed me not to worry, "That's just our housekeeper." One room's shower had mold in the ceiling tile. Another one had hair in the drain. Some of the beds had stains on them and/or obviously weren't cleaned. The carpets were incredibly dirty. We advised our group to sleep in their clothes and use their own pillow if they brought it. I received several complaints from members of our party that it smelled like weed every time they went outside. Avoid this hotel at all cost. You will get what you pay for.
