Most things at hotel were great. Bed, food, loyalty program, check-in. However the room housekeeping was unacceptable. They came in room made beds but did not empty filled trash cans or give fresh towels. Hotel blamed me for not requesting housekeeping but I did request it at checkin.

"My money was taken off my person right after I checked in and ruined my entire trip"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had at a hotel. Shortly after I checked in I headed to my room to take a nap while my wife went shopping with my daughter. When I got off the elevator I was followed by a lady who asked me what I was doing tonight. I said I’m with family I’m fine. She ran up to me grabbed my private parts and said I can show you a good time. I pushed her away and said I am good. She disappeared as fast as she had come. Entering my room It occurred to me she wasn’t a hooker she was a pick pocket. I realized a money clip with close to $1,000 was gone from my front pocket. I immediately called security and they took a report but acted like it was an every day occurrence. They sent me to the police station where I spent 2 hours filing a police report. When we checked out I told the employee that security had mentioned I might to entitled to a refund of the resort fee as a good will gesture. The lady at the checkout desk acted like I was crazy for even suggesting it. She said tell security to refund it then! Don’t ever stay at the Paris Hotel. There are people there waiting to take your money and you don’t even have to gamble to lose it.

"Incredible location and views, but a few frustrating misses"
TripAdvisor user rating 4.0 out of 5
Reviewed April 22, 2026 NEW
We recently stayed at Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino while in town for a wedding, travelling as a family with a baby. The biggest highlight was the location. You really can’t beat it. Everything felt central and easy to access, which made getting around with a stroller so much more manageable. We upgraded our room upon arrival and were given a beautiful corner room with two windows. One side overlooked the Paris balloon and the Strip, including the arch at the entrance, and the other had a direct view of the Eiffel Tower with an amazing angle of the Bellagio Fountains. On paper, it was exactly what we were hoping for. Unfortunately, the windows were very dirty, which really took away from the experience of the view we had paid extra for. It felt like such a missed opportunity given how stunning it could have been. We were also asked at check-in if we wanted daily housekeeping, and we said yes since we were travelling with a baby in diapers and didn’t want garbage sitting in the room. Despite this, our room was not serviced at all one of the days. No garbage removal, no fresh towels, nothing. It was inconvenient, especially given how much time we were spending in the room for naps and evenings. Overall, the stay had some real highs, especially the location and room potential, but the lack of attention to basic details like cleanliness and housekeeping was disappointing.
