Enjoy amenities like three outdoor pools, two jacuzzis, a fitness center, and five dining options, including poolside and beachside bars, fine dining, and a general market store. Relax at the full-service spa and salon, on the patio with a seating area and firepit, or in private rental cabanas.

With a business center, WiFi access, unlimited local and collect calls, 13 meeting spaces, wedding services, area and airport shuttle services, car rentals, and proximity to Hilton Head Airport, this hotel is also ideal for professional events.

Rest easy in suites featuring a balcony with ocean or resort views, luxury bedding, a sofa sleeper, ceiling fan, 50-inch HD television with radio and MP3 hookup, and a kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, mini-refrigerator, and dining table. All rooms are non-smoking

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in with a matching, valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Parking: Self-parking is complimentary to all registered hotel guests. Valet parking is available for USD 30. A gate fee is required for all commercial vehicles.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of USD 200 per reservation for up to one dog with a maximum weight of 50 lbs. Cats as well as extreme or wild animals are not allowed. Service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are always welcome and will not be required to pay the one-time pet charge. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited.

My wife and I recently stayed two (2) nights at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort, to break up our drive back north, and had a wonderful time. We were treated to an upgrade to an ocean view studio room which was spacious and well appointed. The king bed and furnishings were comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was awful - cold, windy, and raining, so we could not enjoy walks on the beach or swimming in the enormous outdoor pool. My only critique was the sandwich that I had ordered from the deli shop on site, it was not good. We did have breakfast in the primary restaurant which was very good. Lots of restaurants nearby, and Harbor Town was a 10 minute drive to the waterfront. We would definitely look to stay at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort on any future trip to Hilton Head.

Resort was nice and secluded, with lots of fun things to do within the palmetto dunes community, love the layout of the room, and freshly renovated rooms. Bed was a little worn, but overall it was a very nice stay! Food beverages were very good, and the service was excellent! Very very clean!

This hotel was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Upon arrival, they took our luggage to our room, provided little gift bags for my kids, and every staff member I encountered was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, severe weather rolled in on Sunday, March 16th, bringing a tornado watch. As a result, all pools and restaurants closed. Since this was the last of our two planned days for my kids' spring break—and with all amenities unavailable—I decided to leave early. I had purchased travel insurance and figured I could at least find a hotel with an indoor pool so my kids wouldn’t miss out on their vacation. I packed everything up, loaded the car, and checked out before 11 AM. The front desk staff remained as friendly as ever, processed my checkout, informed me that I’d need to handle the refund through Expedia, and asked if I wanted a receipt. I declined, opting for an emailed copy instead, and left. Shortly after, I even received a text thanking me for my stay. Fast forward to today—I contact Expedia to request a refund for the night we didn’t stay, only to be told the hotel has no record of my early checkout. I called the hotel, but they claim there’s nothing they can do. I’m devastated. What started as a wonderful experience at what I believed to be a great hotel is now completely ruined. Looking back, I remember seeing a guest arguing with the front desk about an issue that had messed up their stay when we arrived. At the time, I assumed it was just an unfortunate situation for them. Now, I realize it was a warning sign I didn’t recognize. Take my advice—stay somewhere else or keep every single receipt. I’ve never had an issue with any Hilton or Marriott I’ve stayed at over the years, but I won’t be making this costly mistake again. Nor will I recommend or return to this hotel. Such a shame.

My stay at this resort was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely cared for. The amenities were top-notch, exceeding all expectations. As someone who struggles with anxiety while traveling, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and at ease I felt throughout my stay. It was such a positive experience that it reignited my excitement for traveling again. Highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of being welcomed by Maria Carrasco, the Loyalty Ambassador, upon our arrival at the Omni Resort in Hilton Head, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Maria went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued and at ease, greeting us with warmth, friendliness, and exceptional courtesy. Her efforts made us feel like our stay truly mattered to Omni. In fact, we were so impressed by Maria's hospitality that we decided to cancel a reservation we had at another resort for a future stay following a short trip to Florida. While we have always enjoyed our stays at the Omni and visit Hilton Head approximately three times a year, we had considered exploring other options. After Maria’s outstanding welcome, however, we are excited to continue making the Omni our destination of choice for all future visits. Maria exemplifies the high level of care Omni extends to its guests, and we look forward to many more stays at this wonderful resort.
