With a business center, WiFi access, unlimited local and collect calls, 13 meeting spaces, wedding services, area and airport shuttle services, car rentals, and proximity to Hilton Head Airport, this hotel is also ideal for professional events.

Rest easy in suites featuring a balcony with ocean or resort views, luxury bedding, a sofa sleeper, a ceiling fan, a 50-inch HD television with radio and MP3 hookup, and a kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, mini-refrigerator, and dining table. All rooms are non-smoking

Overall we had a good stay. This is a nice family friendly resort and upper end though not at the absolute top end. The entire island is upscale with beautiful landscaping. The resort is well positioned on a beautiful stretch of beach with many great restaurants nearby. Nothing on the island is more than about 20 min away. We had a “partial ocean view “. Our balcony was directly above parking lot though it did have a fair view of ocean beyond this. I think the buildings just weren’t configured for ideal ocean views. Definitely not the kind of place where you hear the ocean at night. The grounds are quite nice with a courtyard with fire pits for s’mores, ping pong table, etc. There are 3 pools which include a dedicated adult pool. The pool area definitely a highlight. You walk down to beach from pool area. We were in a room for 3. There was a shower/toilet/sink and then a sink outside this room which is nice. The sleeper sofa almost blocked the patio door when open and abutted our bed so that wasn’t ideal though room was overall spacious. Bed was a little firm but pillows were comfortable. Room was clean and fresh appearing. Housekeeping was fine though hand towels seemed in short supply. No evening turndown which would have been a plus since towels pile up by end of day. Biggest complaint was food. Marketplace had muffins etc which was a nice alternative to full breakfast at restaurant. However lunch options very limited- same menu at poolside bar and restaurant and marketplace menu limited too. Really inadequate given people staying for numerous days to stay by pool- we wound up going off property. Other issue was late checkout. We paid $100 to stay until 3 but got locked out of our room and after getting that rectified got called about leaving room and housekeeping tried to come in. Unclear what miscommunication was since billing already showed up online. Overall though a nice resort and enjoyed our stay

Friendly staff always greeted with a smile. Pools were very nice and having an adults only pool was nice. Restaurants were nice but menu did rotate through them. Shuttle made it easy to get back and forth and if you wanted to go outside shuttle distance Uber never took more than 10 minutes. Highly recommend!!!

We have stayed at other Omni Resorts and had a good experience. Their properties are not inexpensive, but we believe it was (previously) worth the extra cost. Unfortunately, this trip to Hilton Head was very different. We paid $175 to receive early check-in, which was supposed to mean our room would be available no later than 12 noon. When we arrived, it was not ready, and ultimately, we were notified our room was available an hour later. No apology from the staff. On our second night, my wife was awakened at 5am by water leaking through the ceiling and into our room (from the room above). I called the front desk, who asked if we "needed more towels to clean it up". Again, no apology from the staff. A few hours later, we tried to order breakfast room service. After calling the number for 30 minutes, we called the front desk. They could not connect us, and ultimately said to go to the HH Prime restaurant and place an order in person. My wife then waited in line for over 30 minutes, only to speak to four different staff members, all of whom were rude and said "they didn't have time for this". After breaking down in tears in the restaurant, a manager finally took notice, took the order, and comped the meal. That was the only apology received. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service multiple times ruined our impression of Omni on this trip.

Excellent vacation at the Omni Hilton Head! The staff here is wonderful and very hard working. Everything was well thought out and enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchenette is nice with families. Our rooms were clean as were the common areas. The poolside service was nice and we loved our time at this resort! Perfect for families or adults as there was an adults only pool and bar area which was really great too. We would highly recommend this resort if you're traveling to Hilton Head!
