"Dirty and run down"

We have been staying at Ocean Creek for our annual girls’ weekend for decades but we will not be returning. The once lovely resort is now run down, outdated, and dirty. Our 3-bedroom ocean view condo was horrible. It seemed everything we touched was broken. The bathroom towel rack fell off the wall when removing a washcloth. The sinks in every bathroom were clogged. The kitchen light cut on and off every few minutes. Three TVs did not have remotes. The only fan provided did not work. The toaster oven actually caught on fire when we tried to heat a piece of bread. The floors were filthy. Going barefoot would leave feet black and there were dead roaches in a bedroom. We lost one morning of our trip waiting for a maintenance person to make some essential repairs. We were told the flickering light was because it gets too hot and “that just happens.” It seemed to be a fire hazard to us so we chose to leave the light off. In the four days we were there, we never saw a cleaning crew anywhere on the property and were told we had to request toilet paper and towels from the front office. Judging from the condition of our condo, we doubt cleaning takes place on a regular basis. It is sad what has happened to Ocean Creek.

Good vibes and very very good services and Wakashio mocktail from employee Abhi. Nice and cosy environment. Friendly staffs and got special attention and treatments from employess. Fun activities and enjoyed. Good food and chilled vibes.

"Choose A Different Place"

We had a two bedroom in the villas. The unit was dirty. Couldn’t walk barefoot without having dirty feet. Kitchen had very few items to cook with. Blender didn’t have a lid. Killed a large adult roach. The living room patio door curtain had blood on it. The furniture was old and outdated. If staying in North Myrtle Beach, make a different choice!

"Great service but room needs updating"

I've stayed here several times since 1999 Your staff is always polite and helpful. Randy and Andrew helping at the conference were super friendly and did great taking care of our group. The room was not as nice as previous ones. Although it was clean and served its purpose, it was very outdated, It has dings and cracks in the walls and ceiling , needs paint and some repairs. The decor was very sparse and it just needs a complete overhaul

"Great stay, disappointing room."

This is for South Tower, room B-12. Need all new mattresses, kingsize sank in, in the middle, two twins (disappointed that they were twins), we’re too hard. Need new sofas, very uncomfortable. Old furniture needs to be removed from balcony. Cookware needs updating. More lighting needed in both bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay, but wouldn’t want to stay in this room again without updates.
