The spacious suites feature black and white decor and custom furnishings.

Lush gardens and lounge areas surround the main outdoor pool. The Spa at Baia Beach Club Spa offers 6 treatment rooms and a 24-hour fitness center. The on-site Baia Beach Club Miami serves modern American cuisine and sushi with artisanal cocktails and views of Biscayne Bay. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunches are served in the interior or open-air dining room.

Lummus Park Beach and Lincoln Road Mall are 1 mile away. The hotel is five miles from American Airlines Arena and Bayfront Marketplace.

Parking:  Valet parking is available 24 hours a day at the main entrance on 11th St. and West Avenue. USD 46 per night. Vehicles may be taken in and out. Please allow up to 10 minutes for vehicle retrieval. Please note that “slingshot” vehicles are not accepted by the valet.

From the moment I reached out, I knew I could trust Charlotte at the Mondrian South Beach Concierge to deliver excellence. My husband had worked with her previously to arrange a beautiful graduation setup for me back in May, so when I needed a last-minute room celebration for my son’s college graduation, she was my first call. With incredible attention to detail, Charlotte coordinated everything perfectly — a stunning balloon bouquet, gourmet chocolate chip cookies, and a chilled bottle of French rosé that greeted my son on day one. She even planned a second-day surprise, complete with decadent chocolate-covered strawberries. Charlotte’s professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth turned a rushed request into a truly memorable celebration. She handled everything seamlessly, allowing my son to enjoy the moment with his friends. Thank you, Charlotte, for your amazing service, thoughtfulness, and support. You want the good or the bad first...ok the good. It has large rooms and the pool is lush. Now the bad...it's a party hotel. So if you are in your 20s, single and like to hang out by the pool all weekend then great. This is the hotel for you. As a result expect to be woken up from 2-4am on the weekends with people shouting, partying and slamming doors. I did email and talk to the staff at reception but did not get any response. It isn't great not being able to sleep for the first 3 days of your holiday. Secondly the bigger issue is housekeeping . Towels and bins are not emptied daily. We stayed 12 nights and had to empty our own bins most days and badger reception (who are mostly on their phones or chatting) to get our bedding changed after a week. And nothing. I was very upset and spoke to the manager he got the room cleaned leaving us to wait in the valet area for 20 minutes. Poor very poor. I found itdisappointing that they didn't keep the assurances from then onwards to clean the room. House keeping again didn't appear for another 3 days so I had to chase. Honestly never experienced this before. Felt like I was stayed in a dump with people just leaving their trash and take aways in the hallway. Ruined our holiday. No one even bothered to ask us if we enjoyed our stay when we checked out. All really a bit sad and I wish it hadn't been like that. I love Miami but this hotel is a big miss. I am sure I will now receive a proforma response from the hotel that they didn't get the email, apologising about the housekeeping blah blah. But I get one holiday a year. And it was ruined by the dirty /noisy conditions that the hotel seem to fina acceptable. I don't.

We left having higher hopes for this hotel, only to have them crushed after the first night. This is an average hotel at best. The only reason I gave it the 3 stars is because the location and views are great. You are within 20 minutes walking to Ocean Dr, Lincoln Rd + Espanola Way. The views of the bay and Star Island are great from the balconies and the pool, This is where the praise ends for us. The rooms (we stayed in a one bedroom deluxe) are telling before you even get to them. The hallways are wafting a heavy damp/mildew odor. Inside the rooms they are in need for a refresh, the lighting is awful (this is also true in the hallways), cracked tiles throughout the bathroom, mildew along the edge of the shower. The bed is not the most comfortable. but not awful either. The rooms are not cleaned. They clean they every 3rd night of your stay (which was not made clear to us until our 2nd night when I asked about it) We were told they would "refresh" the room each day, meaning empty the trash and replace towels. This was not done. I had to ask multiple people multiple times each day to get towels and empty trash. We had piles of dirty towels until I physically had to hand them to the staff when they finally came to bring us clean ones. The hospitality is not existent here. No one was forwardly helpful. No one trued to make any experience better. The "guards" to get to the pool (which honestly offers you nothing special) that monitor your bag for water bottles or beverages leave a lot to be desired in the kindness department. The front desk was no better, when we asked about using the house car to go a few miles to Ocean Drive we were told that they will check. 20 minutes later I checked back with them on the status to which I was told, "I can't help you" by the same person. When we checked out we were asked "How was your stay" to which I replied "Well not so great" The man at the front desk looked at me and said "Would you like a copy of your bill" Literally no follow up to my response Bottom line is you have so many options of places to stay in Miami Beach, There is absolutely no reason to choose this one
