    I had the absolute pleasure of being greeted by Kiyomi, and I can honestly say she provided the best hospitality and customer service I have ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Her professionalism combined with her genuine kindness set the tone for an amazing experience. Kiyomi goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfortable and valued—she doesn’t just do her job, she truly excels at it. Her smile, patience, and willingness to help with anything made me feel more like a VIP than just a guest. If every front desk host was like Kiyomi, customer service everywhere would be on a whole different level. She’s a true asset to the team and deserves recognition for the incredible experience she delivers.

    This is a party hotel. When you book you should know that you will hear techno until 2am. The hotel guests are treated like second class to the party people who think they are on BRAVO tv. Horrible experience. I emailed someone in management FOUR times name Adrian Acosta and never once did he/she bother to respond. Go here to party but get a better hotel on Sunset to actually sleep and get a great experience.

    I dont think we are the target audience for this hotel. As 2 couples in our 50s we are probably too old and untrendy! That said both the rooms were lovely, clean and spacious.  They were nicely decorated and the staff in the reception and the skybar were helpful and nice. I would say if you want more coffee or water you have to go and ask but it was willingly given. A couple of things in the room were broken - the hairdryer and the air con dripped water onto us as we left and entered the room. The bath also looked a bit old and shabby as it looked like it used to be a whirlpool bath but no controls. All in all it was a great room - everything is just very expensive and the music around the pool/skybar is noisy and repetative. It also goes on until late.
