Located in Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, the Mint House offers a comfortable stay with one-bedroom, one-bath studios featuring a private balcony/terrace, a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, a small sink, and a stovetop, a washer/dryer combo, free WiFi and more. The property offers an outdoor swimming pool, outdoor dining/patio area, a grilling station, a firepit, bike rentals through the ZYBRA app, and valet parking.

Guests can enjoy a relaxing day in the outdoor swimming pool with a grilling station, and a fire pit available for guests use. Guests also have access to bike rentals, perfect for a day of strolling in downtown St. Petersburg, and the local transportation, The SunRunner, the best way to cruise around town without the hassle of finding a parking spot (fee applies).

Parking: Mint House offers a Valet Parking service for a fee of $35 per night, per vehicle. Reservations are required.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome. No more than two 2 pets may occupy a guestroom. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her pet, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges. Pets must be leashed or caged when they are in all common areas of the hotel. Excessive Damage: Your hotel account will be charged for the repair or replacement cost for any damage caused by your pet. A $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay is required at check in. Please notify the property prior to arriving if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly units are subject to availability.

This is a great place for all, it’s modern and clean. Greg with valet is very friendly and helpful! it’s a central location close to downtown and the beach so there’s plenty to do within walking distance or a short drive. I will be staying here again in the future

I always choose to stay at Mint House St. Pete, and it never disappoints. The amenities, clean spaces, and perfect location are all great but what truly sets this place apart is the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. In particular, I want to highlight Greg, the parking attendant, whose professionalism and hospitality consistently exceed expectations. From the moment we arrived, Greg greeted us by name and made us feel more like friends than just guests. His attentiveness, genuine kindness, and remarkable memory for details create a personalized experience that you just don’t find everywhere. Greg’s service is not only outstanding - it’s impactful. He elevates the entire guest experience through thoughtful conversation, proactive assistance, and a sincere commitment to making every visitor feel seen and valued. I spent the weekend in St. Petersburg. Staying here was pretty good. Pros: Prime location in Downtown. Plenty to do around. Walking distance from many restaurants, supermarket, and waterfront (20+ minute walk). Fully stocked kitchen with an electric stove, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, tea kettle up on the top cabinet, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer with liquid pods. Bathroom was standard and clean. Nice balcony. Front desk was helpful and present at all hours. There's also an online chat/store where you can request products that you may want (ex. free dental set if you forgot it at home). I like the curfew - doors are locked at 9 PM. Cons: Only street parking available or valet if you want. BED was decent, but I've slept on better. The ceiling does occasionally have tiny pieces falling down, which was near my sitting area in the kitchen, but that was the only area. It could be different for other rooms or maybe none at all. Note: They only do house keeping if you request it. I had a wonderful pool side view. I wish I went out to the pool during my stay. It looked lovely and clean. I saw more people sunbathing down there than swimming. I could definitely see myself coming back here.
