Located in Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, the Mint House offers a comfortable stay with one-bedroom, one-bath studios featuring a private balcony/terrace, a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, a small sink, and a stovetop, a washer/dryer combo, free WiFi and more. The property offers an outdoor swimming pool, outdoor dining/patio area, a grilling station, a firepit, bike rentals through the ZYBRA app, and valet parking.

Guests can enjoy a relaxing day in the outdoor swimming pool with a grilling station, and a fire pit available for guests use. Guests also have access to bike rentals, perfect for a day of strolling in downtown St. Petersburg, and the local transportation, The SunRunner, the best way to cruise around town without the hassle of finding a parking spot (fee applies).

Parking: Mint House offers a Valet Parking service for a fee of $35 per night, per vehicle. Reservations are required.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome. No more than two 2 pets may occupy a guestroom. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her pet, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges. Pets must be leashed or caged when they are in all common areas of the hotel. Excessive Damage: Your hotel account will be charged for the repair or replacement cost for any damage caused by your pet. A $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay is required at check in. Please notify the property prior to arriving if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly units are subject to availability.

Love the view from our balcony. Location is excellent right near food and nightlife. Easy walking distance to many attractions. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. Highly recommend this stay while on St. Petersburg.

Great hotel. Very luxurious and modern rooms. Great pool. The rooms are very modern and elegantly furnished – we booked the 'Studio with Poolside Patio' for two nights. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Parking is a bit difficult. Highly recommended for a stay in St. Pete!!

Well appointed and large room, really dog friendly. Kitchen had everything you needed and great to have full size washer and dryer. Central location to lots of restaurants, activities and Spring training. Pool was also lovely Will be back again.

The Mint House was perfect for an extended stay or quick layover. I spent two months there and felt completely comfortable. Full kitchen, and literally the best location you could hope for in St Pete. The bonus was Louis, the dog whisperer (actually the valet attendant) but he was so kind to my dog and everyone else’s that it was one of the daily highlights for my dog…he always wanted to go Louis’ way because he treated him so kindly, not to mention had some treats. I also need to mention how nice everyone at the front desk was. We will definitely return! Thank you Mint House!!
