I went to the hotel for a skin care seminar, and all the hotel staff was fantastic. But I’d like to say a big thank you to the parking attendants Abel, Zach, Jose, and Brandon. They were best and they assisted me with a warm and helpful smile.

Love love love this hotel! One is greeted by a nostalgic scent and beautiful fresh decor that blends into the outdoor areas for watching boats in the marina. I can't fully express that the hotel evokes a time of traveling in the 60's and 70's. It is impeccably clean and fresh. I almost felt like I had landed in Miami Beach. Can't wait to return again.

The valet guys were great! Ali, Santiago, and Adrian R were beyond helpful, always taking care of my bags, having my car ready instantly, and treating me so respectfully. I was high maintenance because I kept forgetting stuff in my car, and they were so sweet about it. The person running the cafe was a sheer delight and went the extra mile to heat my food, give me recs, and was always super friendly. The cleaning crew was spot on at making sure I had everything I needed because I was opting out of having my room cleaned. The folks at the counter were always happy to help. My only complaint was some dingy or old/rusted outdoor furniture, which is expected, and who really cares about that when the staff is so pleasant and the rooms so comfy. And I was amazed there was no smell from the marina! Just beautiful views and lovely plants to smell.
