The entire facility was spotless and beautiful! The room was huge and kitchenette fully stocked. The staff went above and beyond. From extra towel I needed at the pool to the random deck of cards I wanted late night, Tim, to the sweetest waiter ever at The Spoke and Wheel. I felt absolutely pampered. I would absolutely return! I only got to stay one night so I didn't get the enjoy facilities other than pool and restaurant but the spa, games, and gym looked just as amazing. You could stay a week and still have things to do right on site

    "Great area, uncomfortable suite"

The trip to Sedona was great because of the scenery and good friends. The suite we stayed in, however, left a bit to be desired. It was very dated-straight out of the 1970’s. Lighting was stark white, like a hospital OR, carpeting was frayed, and the furniture was the most uncomfortable hotel furniture I’ve ever experienced. And there were two night lights that were part of the outlet covers and they were bright as the sun! Had to buy some electrical tape to cover them up just to get some sleep! Yes, the price was good. But I would rather have spent more for a comfortable room!

Beautiful outdoor area and alright amenities, but when my husband and I arrived to our room, there was blood on our sheets and towels. The toilet was broken and made an odd noise all night. They changed our room as a result, but we'd had to sleep on the couch for two nights to avoid these things. Worst of all, as we were leaving, we'd come back to the room after swimming, and as i was hardly dressed the manager of the resort came in. I was shocked, my husband was still naked. There had been a miscommunication (for context; they compensated us an extra day for the previous issues) and we were there a bit past our leave time. I asked the manager if he could step out for a minute because my husband was naked and all of the clothes were packed in the living room (where he had stepped in), and he got aggressive and insisted he wouldn't. It was a very shocking incident. I asked one more time very politely and he refused to leave the room with the security guard he also brought in. He later on walked deeper into the room and saw my husband naked, where they held a heated conversation, WHILE my husband was naked. He looked at his genitalia. Overall, an incredibly uncomfortable and odd experience. Not worth the outside amenities.

    "Great location, poor accommodations"

Great location. That's about the best I have to say. I knew it would be somewhat dated but I've been to other Hilton properties that were dated but still accommodating and pleasant. This one just keeps hitting me in the face, just how old it is. E.g. shower is awful, curtain ready to fall off. Bathroom sink is so small I can barely wash my face without getting water all over the counter. We wanted to sit in the "Living Room" and relax but couldn't. The furniture is worse than you'd get in any Dr's office, not even a coffee table. There is zero privacy, we have to have the blackouts drawn 24/7 which is a bummer. The room is hot with the lowest thermostat setting at 68°. For those of you who travel, you know that really means about 72°. We had to open the window in order to sleep. We haven't checked out the grounds yet but I know by driving through, nothing could make up for the sub par accommodations.

I couldn't tell the difference now that this is a Hilton Vacation Club resort. Our stay was trouble-free, nonetheless. The front desk was responsive. The furniture and appliances are old and feels worn out. Think 1980s. I guess don't compare it to a Hilton Grand resort. We like the location despite being off of the busy State Route 179.
