Legacy Vacation Resorts-Palm Coast offers two-bedroom suites with full kitchens and exceptional amenities such as a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a screened-in balcony with seating, and bathrooms with bathtubs.

If applicable, a recovery fee will be charged for excessive cleaning and/or damage caused by the dog. Damages or extra cleaning will result in a $300 charge. Damages can include but are not limited to soiled or damaged linen or flooring, chewing or scratch marks on walls, doors, or window blinds, damage to electrical cords, strong pet odors, etc. Please note that the resort will allow one (1) dog with a maximum weight of 75lbs per suite. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited. All fees mentioned are subject to change without prior notice and applicable taxes.

Resort Fee: The resort charges a nightly resort fee of $12.99 plus taxes ($14.55 total per night). This fee includes electric vehicle charging stations, resort-wide Wi-Fi access, cribs available upon request, full use of the business center (copy & fax), guest package pickup, and resort parking.

Charges & Fees: A credit card is required for all reservations, and a preauthorization hold of $100 for incidentals is collected upon check-in.

"BED BUGS AND RUN DOWN- BEWARE!"

My sons and I visited for 3 nights over the holidays while we visited family in the area. Upon first appearance, the room (Room 3A) was very nice. However, I was woken up at 1am to the sounds of my son screaming from the guest room. He had bed bugs crawling all over him and they were all over the bed. I immediately called guest services and they had the security guard move us to the last remaining room. He was very helpful and apologetic. We left the most exposed belongings in the room to be properly sanitized. The second room we were moved to (Room 17A) was absolutely disgusting and appeared to have never had any upkeep or care. Everything was outdated and holes were sloppily patched over. Upon doing a thorough bed bug search in this room, the mattresses in the bedrooms appeared to be okay but the one on the sofa bed had potential remnants of bed bugs. When we called guest services, we were told there were no other available rooms. My son that had been bitten by the bed bugs was very traumatized by the event and decided to sleep in the cold car rather than risking it with another mattress. Needless to say, none of us slept that first night. The manager called the next morning a little after 9am and offered us a new room (Room 13B). This was a very nice room and did not seem to have any bed bugs. The only compensation the hotel would agree to was to reimburse us for the first night and refund our resort fees (which are ridiculous considering the fact that the property is run down and has very little in the way of amenities). My sons and I ended up spending over 1/3 of our trip moving our belongings, sanitizing everything, and repeatedly washing and drying clothes to ensure that we did not bring any critters home with us. After moving to 17B on our 2nd morning, I took a drive over to 3A to make sure that we did not leave any belongings behind. I immediately noticed that the room had been completely made up, looking as though they were readying it to be rented out again. I questioned the housekeeping Manager about it and she stated that it would be illegal for them to rent the room out before having it inspected. However, it was suspicious as to why they would make up the room if it was going to be inspected. Do not stay here!

We were very disappointed that it took so long for the lazy river problem to be addressed. We were also concerned that the front desk person was unable to convey our issues to the manager. She did not know when a manager would be onsite and our request to speak to a manager was not granted. At no time did anyone reach out to us.

Our week stay could not have been better. Very spacious unit was very clean,quiet and quite homey. The location was the perfect base for our home search in Palm Coast. Close to Rt 95, A1A , Hammock Dunes Bridge and all the major roads in town but tucked away in a quiet little marina corner near the intercoastal waterway. There is even a private entry gate on the property to access the miles of beautiful paved trails on St Joes Walkway trail system. We did 2 hikes along the trails (well marked,safe and fun) and loved seeing all the wildlife and boats. A lovely bonus is the European Village right across the street (ten minute walk or two minute drive) with lots of restaurants,cafes, and shops. There was a nice farmers market there on Sunday for good,cheap, fresh produce. The open air village had live music all weekend and was a real social destination for Palm Coast. We went four different times. The Turtle Shack Cafe was our favorite restaurant with a fun”Key West” feel. Amazing seafood and fantastic burgers with a fun,energetic smiling staff. They can get real busy in the evenings but so worth any wait. We also bought food ect from Publix market (3 miles) and prepared our own food in the 100% furnished condo unit(all brand new appliances).Legacy has manicured grounds , a sparkling pool and a friendly, kind staff. Very well run property. Very classy touches like a pre visit call to see if we had any special needs and a post check in wellness call to see if we needed anything. We will stay here again.

The property is in a great location to beaches, restaurants, and golf. This was our 3rd stay, so we knew what the grounds looked liked. Upstairs units are more desirable but they all need a lot of attention, as well as the grounds. This place could be beautiful if the money were spent to upgrade everything. However, the staff is outstanding and is very responsive to requests. We called maintenance twice and our problems were resolved quickly. If you have a dog with you, the trail along the Intracoastal is very nice and shaded.
