Located on the white-sand shores of Brigantine Island, Legacy Vacation Resorts - Brigantine Beach puts you close to many things to do in New Jersey. This historic beachfront resort is just a 15-minute drive from the Atlantic City Boardwalk where guests can enjoy classic amusement rides, The Wheel, carnival-style games, the historic Steel Pier, and numerous dining and shopping options.

With direct beach access, you can relax and soak up the sun on the beach, or stroll along the boardwalk. Amenities include a heated indoor pool,
restaurant and bar, laundry facility, fitness center, men and women's saunas, sun decks, complimentary WiFi, a game room, and more. Guests also have access to a 24-hour business center and on-site EV charging stations.

Guest rooms feature a studio or a one-bedroom suite. Each unit comes with a kitchenette with mini refrigerator, microwave, a small stove, and coffee maker. Dog-friendly accommodations are also available, subject to fees and availability.

Pet Policy: The resort allows dogs up to 75lbs in weight. Up to two dogs per unit are allowed, per stay. A $35 per night with a 5-night maximum ($175) is charged per room. Please disclose pet stays at the time of booking. Undisclosed pets will incur a $300 fee. A pet waiver will be presented at check-in for each guest to sign, acknowledging the rules and fees. Guests must follow rules and regulations regarding pets. Please contact the hotel before the arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are subject to fees and availability. The fee is subject to change and applicable taxes.

Resort fee: A nightly resort fee of $12.99 per room night, plus taxes, is collected upon check-in. This fee includes many services at the resorts, including on-site amenities, electric vehicle charging stations, resort-wide WiFi access, cribs available upon request, full use of the business center (copy & fax), guest package pick-up, and resort parking.

"Average Standard"

I was dissatisfied with the condition of the hotel during my recent stay. Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable standards of maintenance, safety, or value. The hotel appeared noticeably outdated, and several aspects of the accommodations reflected a lack of proper upkeep. Of particular concern was the bathroom. The shower curtain provided was not appropriate for the shower configuration, resulting in significant water leakage onto the bathroom floor during use. This condition created an inconvenience and posed a potential safety hazard. In addition, I was charged excessive service fees on a daily basis throughout my stay. These recurring charges were unreasonable and inconsistent with industry norms, as comparable hotels typically apply a one-time service or resort fee rather than a daily assessment. Taken together, these issues detracted substantially from the quality of my stay and failed to justify the fees charged. I respectfully request that these concerns be reviewed at the corporate level and that appropriate consideration be given to addressing both the condition of the property and the associated charges. I would not recommend staying at this property. The hotel is significantly outdated and fails to meet standard expectations for quality, comfort, and maintenance associated with comparable accommodations. The overall condition of the facilities suggests a lack of necessary updates and investment, which negatively impacts the guest experience and undermines the value of the rates and fees charged. "Not Quite as Advertised"

If you lower your standards, you should visit this place only in the Summer because it sits on the beach, has a magnificent sunrise, and an indoor pool for inclement days. It is also home to several permanent residents and pets. There was no porterage service and no phones in the room for guest services. Good luck finding anyone if you need help.

I have returned many times because of the friendly service and beautiful location on the beach, privacy, and spectacular view. I brought my nephew once, who enjoyed the Atlantic City casinos, restaurants, and factory outlet shopping. The last 2 times I brought my senior dog, who loves the smell of fish in the sand and walking outside, and the king size bed and the couch, and eating human food.

"My favorite spot on the Jersey shore"

This beautiful historic 100 year old building carefully updated while keeping within the historic preservation guidelines. Rooms have ample storage and the “full” kitchen, although small , has essential features. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Located on the beach, you can hear the waves at night when the windows are open. The staff is exceptional! Pleasant, professional and efficient. We requested a few items for the kitchen on our way to the ACME (5 minutes away) and by the time we returned with our groceries, those 3 items were waiting for us at our door. When passing in the hall, staff greeted us with a smile and hello! The free water filling station in the lobby was a great bonus. Brigantine doesn’t have a “boardwalk “ but Atlantic City is only 15 minutes away.

Yes. Parking fees are included in the daily resort fee. Motor homes, moving trucks, and boat parking are not available. Approximately two cars are permitted to park per room/suite, based on availability. Subject to change without notice.
