Landmark Resort is within 2 miles of the Family Kingdom and within 3 miles of Broadway at the Beach attractions and Myrtle Beach Convention Center.

Landmark Resort guestrooms offer microwaves, refrigerators, premium channels, and furnished balconies. Other amenities include an on-site restaurant and lounge, indoor and outdoor pool facilities, Seasonal Waterpark, and a covered parking garage.

H2Oasis Waterpark is open seasonally. Waterpark hours are subject to change and weather-permitting.
Indoor Water Features: Open and heated year-round.
Outdoor Pool: Open year-round. Heated seasonally approximately October through May.
Outdoor Lazy River: Open and heated seasonally approximately March through October.
Outdoor Whirlpool: Open and heated year-round.
Outdoor Kids’ Pool: Open seasonally.
The H2Oasis Waterpark is open seasonally. The waterpark will be open for the 2024 season: March 22, 2024 – October 20, 2024.

Local Residents Policy: Landmark Resort does not accept reservations or permit occupancy by residents of Horry or Georgetown Counties of South Carolina. Reservations booked by residents of these counties will be canceled and reservation deposits will be forfeited.

All fees will be paid upon check-in.
Balance due must be paid by credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match that of the reservation and valid ID.
Your credit card will be pre-authorized $250 for incidentals.

Daily housekeeping is not available. Additionally, all rooms will be made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check in. Exchange of towels, bed linens and other amenities will be provided upon request only during your stay for main building rooms. Please trade dirty linens in to get clean linens if required. Trash will be emptied upon request (for main building accommodations).

Young adults under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

They have a new water park on site and that was the reason why we booked. However the slides need some tweaking. My sister went down it and cut her arm inside the water slide and she mentioned that it was bumpy, too fast, and too much water pressure. She said it was so much water inside that when she laid back and crossed her arms an abundance of water covered her face causing her to choke. My niece said she hit her head inside the slide as it was tossing her back and forth. Another guest was also talking about how her grandson was complaining about the water slide and how he got hurt. Other than that! Great customer service but someone higher up who can fix these issues needs to test out that water slide. I guarantee you they would make sure it got fixed

I have reservations at The Landmark Resort on July, 9-13. It's my daughters 15th birthday trip. I called the resort to ask a couple of questions and wanted to confirm things concerning the condo I reserved. I spoke to Sherman. He was more than helpful! He made me happy, and assured things about my upcoming visit. So far, so good! I'm looking forward to our upcoming trip.

This resort is horrible, check in was easy but staff didn't seem very friendly. Had to request linens numerous times because housekeeping was not available. Pool towels were never available. However, the lazy river and pools were a plus. Also a few slides does not make a waterpark and available times were not convenient. The room was not clean and carpets were dirty and stained. Rusted shelves and towel holders, as well as peeling paint all over. Under the sink was very dusty and did not look like it had been swept. Outlets in the room were loose and barely worked, lights flickered and sliding glass door did not lock, luckily we were on the 4th floor. The icing on the cake was being in the middle of a fight between two families that security had a hard time breaking up. The resort is not worth the money. Maybe the focus on the timeshare presentation should be put into renovating and fixing the complete resort.
