Landmark Resort guestrooms offer microwaves, refrigerators, premium channels, and furnished balconies. Other amenities include an on-site restaurant and lounge, indoor and outdoor pool facilities, Seasonal Waterpark, and covered parking garage.

Young adults under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Local Residents Policy: Landmark Resort does not accept reservations or permit occupancy by residents of Horry or Georgetown Counties of South Carolina. Reservations booked by residents of these counties will be canceled and reservation deposits will be forfeited.

All fees will be paid upon check-in.
Balance due must be paid by credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match that of the reservation and valid ID.
Your credit card will be pre-authorized $250 for incidentals.

To minimize contact for the safety of guests and staff, daily housekeeping will not be available.

"Had a great time with the convention!"

Be back soon! I come down every year for the NA convention, Love the people and the beach. I really enjoy it. It’s a great place to hold a convention. I love seeing all my friends who I don’t see all year long. Thank you for allowing us to be at the landmark every year!

"poor, waste of money"

3.5 stars is generous for this resort. My wife and I took my niece and nephew down for 10 days, although our room was nice, it looked liked it could of used a little more effort to clean the floors, maybe a mop? the hallways in the south tower were disgusting, not to mention were you wait for the sometimes working elevator, the floors are black. The security doors on the south tower, did not lock, wide open for the full 10 days, anyone could of gained access to anywhere in the building. Will be going to North Myrtle next time

Love the indoor pool and lazy river and hot tubs they were very clean and hot and we stayed in room 350 and the king size bed was wonderful and the room was very nice with a full kitchen and the employees there were nice and helpful will stay there anytime we go to Myrtle Beach

Great overall experience! Clean, well lit and great experience. Kind of off from a lot of the fun due to off season but still a great trip. Clean pools, elevators, and hall ways. Rooms were spacious, not carpeted and very clean. Plenty of linens and a good kitchen.

Landmark was amazing during our week of being displaced from Hurricane Helene while we had no power, water, internet, etc. Everyone was very kind we spoke with. We were there for a week and love the convenience to local shopping, restaurants and of course, the Grand Strand! Looking forward to the next time, but not as a hurricane evacuee! Thank you for an amazing stay in room Suite 946!
