  • Pools: Indoor water features are open and heated year-round.
    The outdoor pool is open year-round and heated seasonally, approximately October through May.
    The outdoor lazy river is open and heated seasonally, approximately March through October.
    The outdoor whirlpool is open and heated year-round.
    Outdoor kids' pool is open seasonally.

  • Local Residents Policy: Landmark Resort does not accept reservations or permit occupancy by residents of Horry or Georgetown Counties of South Carolina. Reservations booked by residents of these counties will be canceled and reservation deposits will be forfeited.
  • All fees will be paid upon check-in.
    Balance due must be paid by credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match that of the reservation and the valid ID. Your credit card will be pre-authorized $250 for incidentals.
  • Daily housekeeping is not available. Additionally, all rooms will be made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check in. Exchange of towels, bed linens and other amenities will be provided upon request only during your stay for main building rooms. Please trade dirty linens in to get clean linens if required. Trash will be emptied upon request (for main building accommodations).
  • Young adults under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

We came to Myrtle beach to participate in a softball tournament and numerous couples stayed here. We have stayed here before but this visit was remarkably worse than ever before. We had no hot water so we suffered through cold to lukewarm showers. Reported it to management but nothing was done. Our room was very outdated, worn and in need of repairs. I would suggest not booking a room near the pool and on the first floor. Very noisy all hours of the day and night and we heard loud BASS music being played in the late evening. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Overall not a comfortable or pleasant stay. The area around the hotel and parking garage has declined since we were last here. We will be choosing different accommodations on our next visit to Myrtle Beach.

Front desk staff were rude and very inhospitable. Took my money and handed me the keys and parking pass. Not even a thank you or enjoy your stay. Got the Penthouse suite and OMG the condition of this condo was horrendous. (See pics) #1519. The hallway smelled like urine. There was a dog barking next door(clearly states no pets allowed. There are holes in the ceiling flooring buckled and coming up. Place was in serious need of a paint job. The guess bath had latex gloves wrapped around the shower head and bath fixtures. The master suite bed is collapsing on the left side. The electrical for the living room AC is exposed. There tissue logged in the door locks. The front door looks like it came from a junk yard. We had to manipulate the door to lock it. The restaurants did not follow the schedules posted. There were literally only 2 available sometimes. Cabinet doors in master bath hanging off hinges. The master shower door wouldn't stay closed. The spider webs were ridiculous. The mold throughout the property was very disappointing to see. The only positives are the beach access and the bartender and food at latitudes when it was open. Oh the water was hot and the pressure was okay. This property is definitely not worth the 3800 dollars I paid for 5 days. The owner of this unit should be very concerned about how this unit is being managed and cared for this establishment. Buyers be aware Enjoi vacation club has this property list in their network. To add insult to injury we let the front desk know of our concerns while here and the only response we received was maintenance coming to the unit and removing the latex gloves from the bathroom fixtures stating they forgot to take them off.

There is one main building at the resort. There are a total of 15 floors with a total of eight elevators.

Does the resort have a restaurant on-site? A lounge? Café? Gift Shop?

Yes. The Gazebo Restaurant serves breakfast starting at 7 am and Latitudes Grill serves lunch and dinner. There is also a poolside bar. The poolside amenities are seasonal. A gift and sundry shop are also located on-site.

What is the minimum age required for check-in?

The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in and is required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Does Landmark Resort have any resort fees at this property? Other fees?

Landmark Resort charges a nightly resort fee, due upon check-in. The following fees are charged upon arrival at Landmark Resort: Booking Fee - this fee is collected per stay. Resort Fee - this is a fee per night that includes amenities and services the resort offers to guests such as WiFi, use of the facilities, etc. Destination Fee - this is collected by the hotel upon arrival. Parking Fee - this is collected upon arrival for guests traveling and parking their vehicles overnight at the resort. Fees are subject to change and applicable taxes.
