We have traveled with another couple (our cousins) for 20+ years now, and this is one of the best experiences we've had - mostly due to the exceptional front desk staff - especially Liz, Amy, Shia, and Cheyenne. We had a super nice, clean and comfortable room with a separate bedroom and sofa - and the hotel is pet friendly. We had plenty of room for our little dog kennels and playpen in the room and appreciated the nice, clean pet area outside for pets to do their business. The property is very clean andcthe housekeeping staff was hard-working. The hitel felt safe - exterior doors are locked 24/7 with the exception of the front lobby. A generous breakfast is served every morning consisting of eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoes, waffles, pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee. The lobby is bright, comfortable and relaxing - every evening we played cards and games in the lobby and encountered the nicest guests! La Quinta was our base for 5 days while we explored Williams and several National Parks and attractions. We are looking forward to meeting halfway again to relax and enjoy spending time together -- and seeing our La Quinta, Williams family again! We felt very welcome and feel as though we have new friends waiting when we come back. I can't say enough about what a great team you have.

We had a wonder experience as usual with most of the La Quinta Inn & Suites. Amy was working the day we were checking out. There was some confusion about a discount we were entitled to but didn’t receive. She worked fixing this while we had breakfast. She was such a diligent representative of the hotel. She even went to management to fix the issue. She was the epitome of customer service. You really don’t see this much any more. She was pleasant and determined to make things right. This La Quinta is lucky to have her on staff.

We had a wonderful time,we were there to get away from heat in Bullhead city az. All the girls at front desk Liz,Amy,Chai, and Mani were all so nice and breakfast area Dixie was wonderful also,housekeeper Gabby made us feel comfortable in case we needed anything,she was great and also her coworker near by Nancy.Cheyenne,the manager did everything she could to make our stay,a good stay and because of her and Liz, and the whole group we will only stay there for future stays,no more Holiday Inn ever...
