Sevierville, TN The worst stay I’ve had at this hotel. The outside was dirty (trash on the ground, tall grass and cobwebs). The public area seemed to be clean but the furniture was worn and outdated. Our room was clean however the floors were slick with some sort of film, the mattresses need to be replaced and the air conditioning unit didn’t work. Reported it to the front desk and the individual came in unplugged it, plugged it back in and then took the face off (filter hadn’t been replaced in a while. It ran for a minute and then shut off. Very disappointing to see just how rundown it has become

The hotel had no hot water for the whole stay (3 days). They kept booking rooms knowing they didn’t have hot water. They had not had hot water for 3 days prior to our arrival but never reached out to tell us or any guests. They kept taking bookings as well even though they had no hot water. Poor management cause the staff was doing the best they could.

The room was clean, the beds were decent. Had to ask for additional towels and toilet paper when housekeeping didn’t come in partway through our stay even though we took down the do not disturb sign. The hot tub is just the shallow end of the pool and wasn’t hot at all. The bathroom shower was hotter than the “hot tub.” Breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel with waffle makers.

Dirty room. Stained bedding. HVAC was in need of repair. Vending machines were out of drinks. Pool room was small,dirty,and had poor ventilation. Only a few parking spots near doorways. No staff available for checkout.
