All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! My stay was amazing! The pool is really nice and fun for swimming! Highly recommended!!!!

"Too Noisy"

Elevator had a sign that said 10pm is quiet time. Sure enough some people can’t read. Was woken at 12midnight, some time after that around 2am and 3:30am sounded like the same people every time talking loudly and running down the hallway. I was told in the morning I should have called security but that seems lame, if you have a sign up you know you have issues. Why does a guest have to turn on a light and figure out how to call the lobby when you just want to roll over and go back to sleep. Had a very important all day program I was running and a 3 plus hour drive home. Was too tired to enjoy any of it Breakfast is also free but not very good. Some kind of weird looking egg dish, watery oatmeal and small yogurt with fake sugar so tasted weird. Call ahead and ask what they have done to improve the noise level. First call I got was trying to sell me another hotel room! Now a month later I received a call asking about my negative experience. We shall see if that does anything

"Strange Man allowed to enter the hotel"

A man, high on something and with no shirt entered the hotel about 9:30 pm and somehow made it all toe way to the 4th flor where we were and was able to enter our room and throw himself all over it. He was red and sweaty. Only my kids were there and they screamed at him to get out of the room which he eventually did. Out door was not locked so that is on us but how did he get all the way through the lobby and upstairs with no one noticing? If this is the kind of neighborhood your hotel is in then you need to have security at the front desk. I did notify the front desk and was only met with a look fo disgust when I talked about the event. I wanted a ew set of sheets from for the pull out bed since the man had laid on the ones we had and the hotel desk person acted like I was asking some something totally crazy. We wont stay here again due to the lack of needed security

"Not a Fan – Disappointing Stay During Tournament Weekend"

I stayed at la Quinta inn while in town for my daughter’s sports tournament with her team. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with the hotel overall. The front desk staff were just okay—polite enough but not particularly warm or welcoming, which set the tone for the rest of the stay. The room felt dated and honestly just a bit gross. The walls are paper thin, so we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to relax or sleep. The bathroom was shockingly small—probably the tiniest full bath I’ve ever had at a hotel, which made getting ready in the mornings pretty inconvenient. One highlight was the Dunkin’ Donuts right next door. It was super convenient, especially with early morning tournament games. Location-wise, the hotel is right off the highway, which made driving in and out pretty easy—but that’s about the only positive I can note. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you absolutely have to be here for a team event or similar situation.

"Won't rush back"

This hotel had a really strange feel about it. It seems there are a large number of 'long term' residents. Lots of people hanging in the corridors talking to people form other rooms. Lots of lifeguards from six flags also staying. We were travelling though, but one night was enough. The room next door were very loud until late and the walls are paper thin. Our room was clean but the air con unit was very loud. The hotel is non smoking but the smell of weed suggested that not everyone follows the rules which spoiled it for those of us who do! Swimming pool is large but filthy. Overall, it was OK for one night but I wouldn't stay again.
