This hotel needs some attention. 1) there are two elevators, but only one was working when we were there for a two-night stay. 2) The one elevator that was working was extremely slow. 3) We used the stairways a lot because of item 2, but then the stairways hadn't been vacuumed. 4) The best thing about the hotel is the workout room. If I'm in Page again, I will stay somewhere else.

Stayed for one night, felt like a fairly new property that has been constructed on a budget. On the whole it was clean but our room was showing signs of wear and tear around the edges. Bed sheets hadn’t been ironed and air-conditioning was temperamental. Lifts were slow, we used the stairs as it was quicker than waiting for them to arrive. Fire doors that had signs that they should be kept closed at all times were wedged open. On the plus side, we managed to get a week’s worth of laundry done and the breakfast was good. There are lots of hotels nearby, if I was to stay in the area again I would probably go elsewhere.

Shameful. We accidentally left a jacket in the room, and from that moment on, it turned into a nightmare. No replies to our messages on Booking, no responses to our emails, and when we called, the receptionist pretended not to understand English just to avoid dealing with the issue. This behavior is dishonest, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. It’s unacceptable for any hospitality business to treat its guests like this. The total lack of interest in helping with a simple request after our stay clearly shows they don’t care at all about their customers or about offering even the most basic level of service. Avoid this place. There are plenty of other hotels where at least you won’t be treated like fools.

A/C broken and staff promised to fix it and did nothing. They finally sent a maintenance man when it was 15 minutes before check out time, and confirmed that the condenser had failed and so informed the front desk. When we asked for more time to at least cool down from the 80 degree room by taking a shower we were threatened with being charged for another day. Is this what Wyndham membership looks like ? They never acknowledged us as members or gave us anything for being members. Only after the maintenance man confirmed that the A/C was broken, did they agree to take 15% off the bill. A wholly insufficient response in my view. Many hours passed from the time we first reported the problem with no action. If they send the maintenance man 15 minutes before you are supposed to check out, you know they don't care about you. Oh and our rug a big red stain on it.
