Staying one night at this hotel, I got very mixed feelings about this hotel. Upon arrival, the lobby looks wonderful as it should as it is a very new hotel, but during my stay I found a number of troubling issues. 1. All side and rear doors do not lock as the catch mechanism has been removed. (No need to use your key to get into the hotel). This is a huge security issue that needs immediate attention as the hotel is wide open to non-guests wishing to enter the hotel. 2. Arrived at 3:45p to find that there was no clean rooms available and was told it would be approx 1 hour before my room was cleaned and ready for occupancy. When I got the key and proceeded to my room, I met the housecleaning staff (a smart young lady that was cleaning the entire floor by herself … since this occurred at 4 pm … it seemed that she was the only staff doing this task. 3. I found multiple bathroom fixtures in need of repair or maintenance. Toilet seat bolts loose and shower valve handle set screw loose. The hotel management at this hotel needs to pay attention to the small things that keep your customers safe and wanting to return. Unfortunately I will not be returning as there are many other newer hotels in the Page AZ area that I plan to visit during my next stay.

The property appears fairly new and was clean and well maintained. The room was somewhat small with 2 queen beds. It was pet friendly with a modest pet fee. There was an area to walk the dog. The person at the front desk was very helpful, including coming to our room to help with a TV issue. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

There are plenty of hotels within a mile radius, choose any but LA Quinta. From lack of security to no coffee available in the mornings it was not representative of a Wyndam Hotel. Extremely disappointed.

Arrive 2.40 pm, only 3 cars in the car park, hotel is dead quiet, still met with "room not ready check in time is 3pm". Will it be ready at 3pm? "I don't know". The vast majority of rooms are the same category, not one ready? We go to use the swimming pool. Which was sparklingly clean and very cold. Excellent refreshing swim. Did someone come to advise us when the room was ready? No. 4.30, we find room is ready, paid in full...but new tax applies, you owe $3.75. I offer cash...."no, card only". I refuse, I'm offering legal tender, a UK card provider could charge £3, that's $3.96, to use my card. She speaks to her manager, cash accepted. What an awful greeting at a hotel. The pool was good, the room nice, large, clean, king bed, good WiFi and a decent small buffet breakfast it could be rated good. But guess what I remember about your hotel, a very poor introduction to the Wyndham brand.
