Horrible, horrible customer service. I am getting charged $200 for "smoking" when I have never smoked in my life...management keeps ignoring calls and saying they're "investigating". I am so disappointed. If you plan on blow-drying or flat ironing your hair... do not bother since you'll be charged an outrageous fee for setting off their sensors.

My stay at La Quinta got off to a frustrating start. Due to severe weather, my flight was cancelled, and I arrived two days later than planned. I called the hotel to inform them of the delay — all six nights had been prepaid, and I clearly stated I would arrive on day 3. When I finally checked in, I did receive my room, but the receptionist remarked that the room had been "gone" and that she had fortunately managed to re-book it. This made no sense at all — I had already paid for the full stay and had notified the hotel of my delayed arrival. It left me feeling uneasy, as if my reservation could have disappeared despite being fully paid. The hotel itself is decent. The room had a fridge, the air conditioning was easy to adjust, and the view from the 15th floor was quite nice. However, breakfast was disappointing: very limited selection, no cheese, no cut fruit. Brightly colored sugary cereals. No muesli or more adult-friendly, healthy options.

Furniture was dated and in bad condition. The bed was uncomfortable. The sheets were not soft and the Matress needed to be replaced. Hallways and elevator were dirty. First room had roaches and we were moved. The breakfast was among the worst I have ever had at a hotel or motel.

Wyndham should be ashamed to call this one of their properties. The furniture was old and terribly worn. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was among the worst I have ever had at a hotel. The hallways and elevators were dirty. Our first room had roaches and they had to move us.

Staff is friendly and helpfull. Food was good but in a 5/4 stay would have liked some different food options. The hotel is sufficiently Maintained but is in need of some renovation. Overall our vacation was fun and relaxing. Looking forward you next time.
