The hotel was great but even better were the employees. Jay at the valet was super friendly and helpful with all of our parking needs and he offered great recommendations for places to go and restaurants to visit. He made the trip even better.

This hotel was a good value. The office chair in the room was in terrible shape but everything else as fine. Bed was firm. The real reason for coming here is the River walk. It’s a couple blocks away but doable. Be prepared to walk everywhere as parking is limited and expensive.

We want to commend, Rudy, an employee in the breakfast service area of La Quinta in San Antonio. We noticed his hard work ethic, his warm friendliness to all, and his quick attentiveness to any request or need. We stopped to tell him our appreciation, and we wanted to tell others of the overall outstanding service and helpfulness demonstrated by all of the other hotel staff, also. We enjoyed our stay at the La Quinta Riverwalk. Thank you.

I paid twice as much for my reservation at the hotel. Travelocity price $586 hotel price $894. And it took over an hour to get help and parking attendance rude and not enough parking expaces. Birds poop out of control. Health issues if you have small kids

The room was very nice, however the sofa bed was terrible. I am not sure who can actually have a good nights sleep on that skinny mattress that you can actually feel all the springs. Whit how much the rooms are a better mattress should be avail!!
