"No amenities except beach view"

This condo is short on service and basic hotel amenities. The only thing going is the beach views and access. No kleenex. Had to beg for toilet paper. One Instant coffee in room although 3 times promised a refill. No extra towels. Really loud between rooms like your neighbor was in your room. Bed could use a new mattress

"Great location, poor condo"

Definite pros and cons at this resort. The area surrounding the condos was beautiful and beach access was wonderful! The condo we rented was spacious, but very outdated and not in the best repair. The sheets/bedding were super uncomfortable, the kitchen was not well stocked and you are expected to bring pretty much everything (extra toilet paper, pool towels, etc). Things were just generally old-the towel rod came off just from gently taking the towel off of it the dishwasher didn't work properly, etc. I think each condo is owned by different people, so from condo to condo the experience might be different--but I don't think we would take our chances here again despite the location being great.

They told us it would be Ocean view, instead they put us in a condo type way up the street, the room had poop on the toilet, the refrigerator was broken, we called and they never showed up, we needed tissue, and had to go out in middle of the night because they didn't leave any in the room. They told us breakfast was included and then tried to charge us 30/ person when we got there. They charged us for resort and parking which was not explained until check out.

"Shuttle Service at Kingston"

Mayor Bill was our driver all week for the shuttle. He was absolutely fantastic. He gave us so much information.I hope he is still working the next visit we have at the resort area. I highly recommend the shuttle service.
