Choose from one- to four-bedroom condos and villas, many equipped with full kitchens, washer/dryers, and private balconies for a true home-away-from-home experience.

Oceanfront towers like Brighton and Margate deliver incredible views and convenient beach access. While decor varies by unit, guests will find comfortable accommodations tailored to a wide range of budgets and tastes.

You have access to multiple outdoor pools, a water park, and a well-equipped fitness center. Dining options range from casual poolside bites to upscale meals at Coastal Grill. Spa33 offers massage and beauty treatments, while the nearby Arcadian Shores Golf Club provides opportunities to hit the green without going far.

We booked a two bedroom oceanfront condo for the majority of our stay, but the last night had to move to a one bedroom garden view condo. After staying in both condos, I can confidently say that they are BEAT.. All of the condos need a lot of work. They are outdated, beat up and used, needing an update and at the very least, a fresh coat of paint. didn’t even have a smart TV so if you want to watch a movie you would need a DVD. Not to mention the first place we moved into was dirty. The couch was covered in crumbs, the floor was dirty, there were cobwebs in the corners splatter marks on the curtains, and the kitchen counter had stuff stuck on it. The main issue is these condos are privately owned, so you don’t know what you’re going to get. Until you walk into that room and see if it is clean or dirty, updated or outdated. Now, we booked through Hilton. The property itself that Hilton maintains is beautiful. The fitness center is fantastic., With classes, a gym, Pickleball, tennis, golf, simulators, etc. The pool is well maintained and gorgeous, the property is well manicured, and the folks that work at the front test were super helpful. Especially Ginny and Kaysie. They went above and beyond with accommodating and assisting.

"Don’t Be Fooled by the Hilton Umbrella"

Let me begin by saying that the ONLY reason it has 2 🌟 is because the customer service was EXCELLENT!!!!! Kaysie, Linda and then Brian (Brent…the manager) were all WONDERFUL!!!! But I want you to know about the accommodations. These condos and villas fall under the Hilton umbrella but are NOT required to have Hilton standards. I was placed in the South Hampton condos. It was clean, but horrible. The bed was squeaky and the mattress felt TERRIBLE. I could feel the springs in my back. I DID NOT SLEEP A WINK!!!!! I was text with someone all night trying to find different arrangements and I’m grateful for the customer service. Linda got me another room in the Embassy Suites for the next night. That felt like heaven and I will leave them a separate review. Just know this….if you go with Kingston Plantation, you may get a nice unit, you may not. They are each owned by different people. One unit in the condo may be clean, modern and comfortable and the one next door may feel like a bed in the Bates Motel. I actually called Hilton Honors to ask why it’s under their brand (because I’m a Hilton Homie) but another unexpected thing happened…they hung up and didn’t call me back! Another bummer is they don’t list all the additional charges by the time you get your bill. My $99/night ended up being over $200/night after parking (I planned for that), resort fees and taxes. Again, thank you to Brian/Brent (the manager at Embassy Suites) for returning my call and being so professional. However, I thought it was important to leave an honest review about those condos and villas. Another review about the Embassy Suites where I was placed for my second night is forthcoming because it was AMAZING!

Our stay was very pleasant. We had issues with our heat in a villa but called it in and Artur from Albania was here in minutes and assured us what we could do to turn heat up so we were comfortable in the unusual cold snap here. He was professional and kind and made us feel welcome and at ease at Kingston Resorts and in South Carolina as first time visitors. You have a wonderful employee. Thank ypu for the conversation Artur the world needs more of that .

The excellent customer service and compassion of the staff are second to none. The check in experience with Delores was very refreshing after a frustrating 4 hour travel. She was accommodating offering local places that were kid friendly. The very best expert however was Jovan in the restaurant. Our granddaughter is Autistic and has sensory and texture issues. Green apples are one of her favorites but she likes them with no skin There are no sharp knives on the buffet line. I took the apples to the omelette station and asked for a knife. Jovan took the apples and peels and sliced them for my granddaughter. Grateful and humbled is what I felt. Someone cared enough to go above and beyond to assure my sweet granddaughter ate what she liked. Autism has been a learning experience of love and compassion and that is what I felt was exercised at the restaurant/grll that day.
