Leonel (Leo) rooftop bar manager and Facundo Bellman provided excellent service! So did your staff at the the front desk and staff with the luggage; always with a friendly smile and a sense of humor. We never had a chance to have a meal at the restaurant; although I heard from other sources that the food was excellent. It was a real treat to have your service of wine upon arrival; We truly enjoyed drinking the water from the lobby fountain; the idea of have having cucumbers and oranges added was a real delicious experience, so much so I have started the same idea with my family; thank you. Last but not least, your lobby coffee was delicious and addictive; every morning our friends and I would rush downstairs to first smell the aroma and then treat ourselves to a cup!

Miguel was absolutely excellent! His attentiveness and willingness to assist with all our needs truly made our stay enjoyable. The front desk team was also fantastic—friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. We felt welcomed and well taken care of. We will absolutely be back for our next trip to Miami and will recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Denise was a great driver and knowledgeable on the area of Miami and gave great advice on places around Miami. Being my first time in Miami it was great to know some local favorites and recommendations. She was knowledgeable on which roads to take to ensure we got to and from the hotel in a timely manner.

The Kimpton Palomar is the best hotel stay I have ever had in my lifespan traveling. It all starts when David the Valet at the front door greets you with a smile and gets the door for you EVERY single day. He will even stand in the rain to find your uber and make sure it comes directly to you to keep you dry. Then the amazing hotel check-in staff especially Jose will do everything they can to accommodate you with a big smile and glass of wine to start your stay off right. The Showers have an incredible water pressure like ive never experienced before that makes you never want to get out it revitalizes you daily and the sheets are always fresh, clean and smell great the room service is A++++. One of the greatest perks of the hotel is the amazing complimentary shuttle service they offer driven by Denise who is just a wonderful human, very friendly, helpful, and so accommodating to help guests of the hotel get to wherever they need to go. She will even give you her cell phone number and always answers. The Management is absolutely incredible as well, I had an issue connecting to the WIFI and Managers Jose De Angulo & Shaina Ovide worked with me for over an hour in my room until it was fixed. The amount of time they took out of their busy day to help an average guest of the hotel was absolutely remarkable and like nowhere else. Best Hotel Experience EVER. What an amazing hotel and staff you will NOT find service anywhere else like this in Miami Beach believe me I have stayed everywhere. The rooftop pool is also a beautiful breathtaking amenity and they have their own beach area as well Kimpton Palomar cant be beat!
