The resort offers 12 different dining options, including Caribbean specialties and various finger foods at Quinn's on the Beach. Pastries, sandwiches, and light salads are served at Cafe San Marco.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sean, our beach attendant was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect beach setup. He was attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead, making sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. His enthusiasm and professionalism made our beach experience truly unforgettable. If you’re lucky enough to have Sean as your beach attendant, you’re in for a fantastic day. Thank you, Sean, for your outstanding service—we can’t wait to come back!

Broken GLASS in the shower, mold in shower, toe nail clippings in the bathroom, gum on the nightstand. The room is FILTHY. The filth takes precedence over the fact that there are NO chairs at either pool and you can barely move when you are in the pool - it's literal chaos. Beach chairs were so far away from the water, with young kids we had to sit on the sand to watch them play. I think we were 10+ rows from the water. I did see lines of people at 7am waiting to secure chairs - reminded me of rope drop at Disney. CHAOS. Some kind of techno blaring truck was driving around also I think for food and drink - totally bizarre. It took 20+ minutes to get a simple cup of coffee at 6:30AM - not provided in lobby but purchased at a cafe with 4 people working - not sure why pressing a button takes so long. There is no bottled water in the room. Literally took over 45 minutes to get simple kids meals. We are leaving 2 nights early. This is easily the worst hotel and "vacation" we have ever taken as a family. I am thankful, however, that my young children did not CUT their feet or hands in the shower from the broken GLASS. This is the worst place I have ever been.

We went for early spring break this year and this was the 2nd time we stayed at the JW Marco resort. We stayed for 4 nights and every day I was reporting the same issues with our bathroom/shower and they were never fully addressed. From moldy tiles and grout to broken shower wand. At over $1k per night at a "luxury resort", you shouldn't be experiencing things like this. While relaxing at the pool and beach, the service of drinks and food was extremely slow. They were all real nice staff working, but plan to wait 20 minutes for a drink.

Just finished up a vacation at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort. What a beautiful resort with various activities to keep you connected to fun, sun and nature. But what is extra special about this resort is the associates who work together collectively to provide such a lovely and memorable experience. Special THANKS and RECOGNITION to Nagat for her helpfulness, friendliness and for our Sirene room. Nagat is a gracious and kind person with a wealth of knowledge...an amazing person! A big SHOUT OUT to Marie L., housekeeping 8th floor Sirene, for great service. Our room was spotless and her attention to detail was FABULOUS! Our favorite place for breakfast is Maia. We enjoyed the food, friendly conversation and LAUGHTER that helps us start the day of fun and sun. KUDOS to the management team of Vishal, Dawnette and Aidan. They would walk around the dining area and stop by to chat for a minute to ask if everything was good...greatly appreciated! A big THANKS and RECOGNITION to Dolly and the rest of the Maia team, including Nellie, Kay, Bianca, Ally, Natalia, Calene, Daniella, Yoeklys, Oana, Eloy, Guillermo, Princess; Marie, Cami and Sandy (omelet bar), Rosemene (Buffet), Mark and Beverly (Host/Hostess) and the rest. We appreciate such a good start to the day. So many things to enjoy and appreciate at this resort that we look forward to returning.
