"Best boutique hotel in Philly in Old Town."

This was an amazing experience from the start. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, especially Craig and housekeeping. The room was large, tastefully furnished, clean and with character. The breakfast was better than any continental breakfast I’ve had at many stays across the US. Blueberries so fresh! I will be staying here every time I come to Philly. Outstanding location and employees.

I had a fantastic stay and I'm looking forward to staying again when I'm in town. All staff were really kind and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, the price was excellent, my room was lovely, comfortable, and clean! Cool perks held during the week in the lobby. There are some really great local restaurants that are well within walking distance, as well other places of interest. I'm sorry I only found this gem recently!

My family of three came here for spring break in March 2026. We were only in Philadelphia for two nights and one full day, with the plans to explore all of the history. And we couldn’t have picked a better location. So conveniently located within walking distance to Revolutionary things that you would want to see in Philadelphia. We got a king suite, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. One of the best beds we’ve ever slept in at a hotel. The pullout couch was less comfortable (pretty thin mattress), but it worked for our little family (our 10-year-old son slept on it). My son and I enjoyed the waffle with the liberty bell on it. The staff could not have been nicer, and the older building is beautiful. Would stay there again and recommend to anyone.

This historic hotel is very convenient to ALL the historical attractions in Old City Philly. The room had everything we needed and the staff were very kind. Breakfast everyday was a huge plus.

Hotel was GREAT!! Right in the middle of Old Town where most of the historical sites are located. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was yummy! Would definitely stay here again!!
