Fabulous hotel! Very clean, comfy room. Breakfast was hot and plentiful and we ate dinner one night on the patio and watched the sunset. Pool was refreshing and welcoming after hiking! We like to choose Hyatt brands and this stay didnt disappoint.

Stayed here for 3 nights for our annual trip to Lake Powell. This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at down here. From the service at the front desk to the room to the free breakfast this hotel is above the others in the area. Free breakfast included real eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, cereals and other items. The hotel has a restaurant and bar on-site but we did not try. The rooms are large and comfortable and quiet.

While there might be similar hotels with better location, I really liked the Hyatt Place/Page. The view was lovely and the pool was really nice. Would have liked to be able to check in early without a fee, but that is not the policy. However, we were able to use the pool before check-in, so that was nice. Lines can get long at breakfast, but they tell you suggested busy/less busy times in information in your room. I thought the hotel was expensive, but probably was not that different from other hotels with similar amenities in a tourist area. It was a pleasant stay.

This is a sad and soulless place. It is completely worn down and in the first room they gave us (on the third floor), the airconditioning of the neighbouring room was soo loud that the bed in our room vibrated. It was like trying to sleep in a helicopter without headphones. Service is non-existent: I had asked for feather free pillows and duvets at the booking and afterwards twice in a chat (there is no possibility to get in contact with the hotel per e-mail) - when we arrived, of course nothing was changed. After we had seen our room, we directly went to the Wingate by Wyndham Page Lake Powell and checked-out their rooms: They are quiet and similar in size and furnishing, but a lot newer - all that for less than half the price of the Hyatt. We would have switched immediately, but the receptionist at the Hyatt refused to pay back the room price when we had left despite the issues. After some discussions, we finally got another room at the ground floor which was a bit more quiet. However, we had to wait another hour for this room as it took housekeeping so long to clean it up. Be aware that the rooms at the ground floor are really at ground level, so that you either look directly into the car parked in front of your room or to the guest who is having a walk. We avoided having dinner there because the place was so dreary and the menu so limited. Went to a sushi place with view to the parking lot - which had more flair than the Hyatt. Breakfast was like in a cheap hostel with watery Starbucks coffe from the dispenser and cheap food in a dreary setting. Please note that Page itself is really uncharming. If I had to do it again, I would drive there, stop for horseshoe bend, have a tour through Antilope Canyon and drive on on the same day without having to wake up there, again.
