There is not very much options to pick around horsebend/Antelope Canyon area. The hotel is just a “hotel” that a place for stay over. Do not expect too much.

A typical Hyatt place with a view of the mountain. Clean with OK breakfast. But this location secretly charges $20 for parking. This must be a new thing becuase the parking fee note is printed for the Springdale location. Lol. Nice to have EV chargers on site, but it is not free as at other Hyatt locations

Beautiful, new hotel. Our room faced the river and sunsets. Great restaurant/bar area vibe with a view and we loved all the food and drink options. The bar and restaurant servers were a clear weak point. Drinks were inconsistent, food and drinks were delayed or even sometimes forgotten. Meanwhile the manager worked so hard to keep everything going as well as possible. She ran circles around the other staff members, who moved slowly through their shifts. I realize there may be a shortage of qualified staff in town but the servers are woefully awful. The pool area was a bit of a disappointment, cold water. I wish they had a hot tub. Nonetheless, a great stay for location, indoor facilities, and view.

The staff are very friendly and spend most of their time apologizing… we are out of this… weekdays we do run out of breakfast food often… sorry we cleaned your room but forgot to restock the coffee and take away the dirty cups… I think they are understaffed and under stocked. The wine selection was terrible and if we wanted our bottle the corking fee was 25.00. I was disappointed as I’d stayed here a few years ago. For what they charge a night they could do much better.
