"Great Location When Visiting Pittsburgh"

Hyatt House Pittsburgh South Side is a great place to stay when visiting Pittsburgh. It’s just far enough outside the city to avoid a lot of the traffic, but close enough that it doesn’t take long to get where you need to go. The full kitchen made it easier for my family to enjoy our stay as we could stock the fridge with the kids’ favorite snacks and we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. It had everything we needed and more. The room and bathroom were clean. Beds and pillows average. My 6 and 8 year old shared the pull out sofa and didn’t complain. The pool is small, but was more than enough for my girls to burn off a little energy after a long road trip. It was supposed to be down for maintenance but the manager reached out to let me know it would be up and running before our arrival. He was absolutely fantastic! Breakfast was great every morning. It was hot, fresh and restocked regularly. We paid for parking at the hotel, but there were weddings both nights we were there, so we weren’t ever able to find a spot. We ended up using the garage across the street and the hotel refunded our parking fees at checkout. Next time I will just plan to use the garage as the hotel parking lot is very small and spots are tight. We will definitely consider this hotel in the future for our next trip to Pittsburgh.

Last minute 4-night reservation as I had read not great reviews on my first booked hotel. This location is not super close to most tourist sites so less walkable. They do offer onsite parking for a fee but space is limited. I parked in garage across the street for less than hotel would have charged. Staff was great. Breakfast adequate. Utilized indoor pool. Did not use gym, but it looked nice. Onsite laundry. Our room was huge. Kitchenette well stocked. Everything clean. Great view from our windows. Very satisfied with this hotel and location.

Rooms were nice, very quiet. Beds comfortable. Shower water pressure and temperature were good. Nice layout. Convenient location to a variety of things to do, very walkable. The decor was nice. The included breakfast was good, lots of variety of foods. Staff was very friendly. Nice bar to relax with a cocktail after a long day.

Over all its. Nice experience. Hotel location iss good near to Bus stop.,Kitchen facility provided in room is. Excellent . We are able to cook food as well as can go out and eat outside as number of restaurants fast food Joints are nearby. Also grocery shop i Aldi s at Walking distance distance

The Hyatt House Pittsburgh South Side was very nice and clean. The hotel recently completed their renovation, and it is really nice. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. We would stay there again the next time we head out to Pittsburgh.
