The rooms are very large to accommodate a family trip. The beds are comfortable. The hotel has updated fixtures and nice tile work in bathroom and looks like it is very new or newly remodeled. There are alot of restaurants within walking distance.

The room was large and clean, everything was fine. The area has a bunch of restaurants. Only the shower design was a bit awkward, but that would have been okay. Why not five stars? It's hard to explain, but it felt like the place was not "loved" - it felt cold and anonymous. Maybe it is all the stone floors, the wide open spaces, the lack of decoration, the literally freezing elevator, the parking garage when you come in, and the rather sad breakfast. Just not the cozy, friendly, and welcoming space that I usually associate with the Hyatt brand.

A new property that is very clean but poorly designed. Parking is only paid and is hit or miss on whether you get a spot that you don't have to leave your keys with the front desk (not enough parking for all guests, really). The bathroom looks well designed but the shower door only opens in and you can't turn on the controls without being inside the shower, which immediately gets you at least a little wet with cold water. Breakfast was as you'd expect at any domestic HH/HP. I'll just go back to Shadyside in the future.

The view from the room was great, the beds were comfortable and the employees were all so wonderful and helpful. We really enjoyed using the pool, the kids had a great time. The pool being open until 10pm was very helpful with having kids so they had something to do in the evening.

No smart TV in the room, but it is next to the Hofbrauhaus and across the street from the Cheesecake Factory. I was there on a weekend, however it stated on the garage I've been parking in every time I've come here that parking was for American Eagle employees only from 7-4. That's not good.
