"Good value for the location but…"

This hotel had a lot going for it! The front desk (Vincent) was very friendly and helpful The location is excellent. On the Riverwalk near many popular places and the free trolley which can take you to many more. The rooms have balconies which overlook the river or city. The room was large with very good tv and a balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Very nice pool area on the river. On the other hand, there were signs that maintenance and management could be improved There were no bed bogs on the mattress, but there were stale breadcrumbs. The toilet seat wouldn’t stay up unless you held onto it. The bolt lock for the door didn’t work. There were chips in the plaster on some walls. A sloppy paint job left drips on the carpet. The table had numerous dark scratches.

We had such a wonderful experience, and a big part of it was thanks to Vincent. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome. He was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout our entire stay ! Whenever we had a question or needed anything, Vincent was quick to respond and always found a solution right away. His reactivity and positive attitude truly made a difference. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests’ experience. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable, nicely decorated, and had everything I needed. The bed was super cozy, which I really appreciated after long days exploring. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. It’s a great option if you want something relaxing, well located, and comfortable while visiting Tampa !

My stay at The Tampa Riverwalk was absolutely amazing! Everything from start to finish was top tier the property, the vibe, the comfort, all of it. Vincent at the front desk was incredible super welcoming, professional, and made the entire experience even better. Customer service like that really stands out

We had a one night stay before leaving on a cruise. Staff, especially Vincent, was extremely helpful during our stay. Pool area was great, DJ, and great drinks. Beautiful view of the river.
