The hotel is beautiful! We were in town to Visit University of Tampa which was a quick walk away. The rooms are clean and have great views of the river. Service was fantastic and pool Bingo with Joseph was great. Great drinks from Joseph too!! Fun quick stay!

Just landed in Tampa and we heard some music coming from the pool and we come down to poolside bingo hosted by Michell! Joseph the bartender served me an great drink in a coconut :) Great way to start a girls trip! Thank you so much for everything

Poolside music BINGO with Joseph! Rocking with Michelle! Perfect weather! Played BINGO x 5 rounds. 85 degrees. Swimming and singing all day. Yeah. Drinks are perfection. Greatest way to chill post cruising. Now I’m ready to go rock out all night!

Joe at the bar is amazing! Great service. Poolside music bingo was so fun !! We definitely will be staying here on our next trip to Tampa. Kids had a blast and the pool was perfect. Frozen drinks for the kids was a nice touch. Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot say enought about the pool and Joe and Lauren who were the perfect bartenders/hosts. Was the only positive thing about the hotel and made the stay worthwhile. I requested early check in through Hilton Honors and to be placed on a high floor. When I arrived at around 1:00 PM. I was informed that the check in was not available yet but they would text me and I would be on the 5th floor. At 4:30 PM I had not been contacted. I went back to check in. No room until 5:00 PM. Was put on the 2nd floor. My river view consisted of the roof of the ballroom and the parking garage below. The next morning, I was assured that I would be moved to an upper level floor and they would let me know when ready. I never head back from them. The shower drained so slow that the water was up past your ankles. I saw zero sense in complaining as they had ignored me since I arrived. This was my fourth stay at this property. If I return, it will be solely because of the services at the pool area.
