The highlight was by far Joseph behind the pool bar. Great drinks, friendly conversation and good music! Highly recommend a visit if you are on the Riverwalk!

I normally don’t leave reviews but my experience was so negative, I feel like I need to. My room had the previous guest’s pillow left in the room on the couch. I also didn’t receive bath towels for my first day and had to dry off with two hand towels to be on time for an event. Bathrooms were kind of gross - had painters tape on the towel rod. Fairly dirty bathtubs. Lobby and exterior were great. Elevators and rooms were sub-par Staff was friendly and helpful, but the experience left much to be desired.
