Enjoy convenient amenities like a fitness center, outdoor pool, meeting rooms, business center, and free WiFi.

Relax in one of the guest rooms or suites, each featuring a coffee maker, mini-refrigerator, complimentary coffee and tea, hairdryer, in-room safe, and iron with ironing board. Stayed at Hotel Indigo Los Angeles Downtown and had an excellent experience. The space is beautifully designed—modern, clean, and full of thoughtful details. Staff were friendly, efficient, and made check-in and check-out smooth and fast. The room was quiet, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location made it easy to walk to restaurants, events, and downtown spots. Great views, strong water pressure, and a stylish lobby that actually feels inviting. Would absolutely stay again.

Considering this was a stacaytion after travel from cross country, my thoughts on the hotel are this: Customer service and hospitality are probably the best I've ever experienced in DTLA hoteling community. Specifically, Israel was extremely sweet and considerate. He aided me in bringing my luggage to the floor. Then Sam ensured that my car was well taken care of. I think he mesmerized me by his gorgeous eyes, but his warm smile was caught many of the guest at surprise. I guess you gotta have someone like that to greet you once you hear how expensive the parking is...yet, my car wasn't broken into and he is also familiar of the "DMV" so that made me feel good. Also, Kaveion who i infectionally nicknamed "Savion " because he saved the day and when I wanted to watch tv at 2am after grabbing my doordash that I fell asleep on awaiting its arrival, he took great care and quickly moved me to a better room on the 18th floor. Its the little things that matter, especially when one is jetlagged. Also, yesterday after our gig at Zaya, some bandmates stopped by and they allowed them to park out front while we just chilled a little. Although everything closes at 12 am, it was still good vibes. I honestly wish things didn't close as early but I guess it's the residuals of Covid. And , when I had a minor issue with the newest room, the house keeping Manager denoted it, and I conveyed to the day manager, Andrew. He comped my overnight parking. We thank the lord for dat. So overall, if you want to feel valued and safe, pull up to Hotel Indigo and woosah. Its expensive yes, but there are good people that work here. Respect to all the staff. Much love, Charis Reese

Our party of four recently stayed at Hotel Indigo for the 4th time and had a lovely stay despite being moved from a double queen to a single king due to a booking error. The staff ensured we were as comfortable as possible under the circumstances, bringing us cots and extra bedding. I especially want to recognize Viviana, she went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Actually, everyone on staff here is wonderful, from the front desk folks to the food/bev staff to the valets to the housekeepers. We always enjoy our stay at the Indigo and hope to return again next year.

From the moment I arrived, Jesse was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. His attention to detail and genuine warmth made a real difference. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. Everything from the lobby to the amenities created a relaxing and pleasant environment.
