"Great stay and breakfast despite rude manager"

On the checkin process at 1:00am the manager and receptionist was very cold and borderline rude, she did not make us feel welcome after a long trip. She mentioned the breakfast was included but forgot to give us the vouchers needed for this. Next morning we had the pleasure to see Sergio in the restaurant, he was very kind and helped us get out breakfast vouchers, provided us with excellent customer service and it is because of him that we would be thinking on coming back to San Diego to the same hotel, before that the manager made me want to stay away from the hotel in the future but people like Sergio completely changed our feeling on the hotel.

Hotel Indigo San Diego Gaslamp Quarter exceeded all expectations! The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. The scenic views from the rooftop restaurant/bar were absolutely stunning, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommend this gem in the heart of San Diego!

Very nice boutique hotel in the heart of the city! The beds are comfortable, the room is very clean and has a great view of the city and the stadium. Harmony at the front desk was super friendly. She always seems to be there working. I would definitely come back to this hotel :)

The Staff was fantastic: very helpful, accommodating, friendly. In particular, the front desk staff was welcoming. The rooftop bar had great food and service was also very good. The amenities were excellent--clean, modern. I would definitely stay here again.

Michael at the front desk was awesome, and made us feel very welcomed upon our arrival. He explained everything very well. It was my birthday day weekend he even gave us a a round of drinks on him at the rooftop bar. Also he gave tips on how to find good parking.
