The Horseshoe property is a mixed bag. It is an average to less-than-average experience in a fairly convenient location that, to be honest, is on the "wrong side of the tracks." My room was the best part. The bathroom was updated, beds were comfortable, and the decor was mostly updated as well. Desks were dorm-like, but ok. Windows had loose screws and were cruddy. This was midweek, so things were pretty quiet. The rest of the hotel is disappointing, including: dated casino, wonky elevators that need updating and were unpredictable once all floors were punched in. Some floors that were selected would just disappear. Access to shops near Las Vegas Blvd. was pretty good, but that side of the street has cruddy vibe. Just obnoxious, fast foody, annoying. The escalator up into the Horseshoe worked, but everything was blocked off up there. Waste of time. You can cut through the back of the shopping area on Las Vegas Blvd. to hit the drive-up area of the hotel. It's all squeezed in, dirty, and some if it is in disrepair. As a member of Caesars Rewards, I decided to try it out for my two nights on this trip. It does NOT meet the expectation of the Caesars brand - a failure at the highest level of the company. Yes, it's more of a bargain hotel in their lineup, but it's no bargain, and does not deliver the quality that brand deserves. Even with my "comp" night, I spent $300 midweek for one night. They charged an extra $20 for my early check-in - at 3:40pm rather than 4:00pm. Not cool. As I said: "wrong side of the tracks." This hotel falls in line with Harrah's, The Flamingo, and so on down the line over there. Not that good, and not even a good value.

Been here for three days and have asked for house cleaning every day. My wife has TNC breast cancer and our room needs to be cleaned. We are also MGM members. That is where we will be staying in the future!!!

"Great location , average service"

Great location, but the service fell short The location is excellent, especially if you're attending an event at Caesar’s Forum. The rooms are decent for the price, although I had to pay for an upgrade because the one I was initially given faced a wall — which was disappointing. I had issues receiving a package during my stay. Over the course of four days, I was given conflicting information by staff. On the last day, I was assured the package would be delivered, but it never arrived. I tried to speak with a manager and ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes between the front desk and being told to wait — without resolution. Once I returned home, I was told they could either return the package to the sender or ship it to me if I paid an additional fee. The issue wasn’t the cost, but the lack of effort to resolve the situation while I was on-site, despite multiple attempts. I understand I may not be a frequent guest or a high-stakes player, but that shouldn’t affect the quality of service. Unfortunately, this lack of attention ruined what could have been a positive experience. Even though the manager I eventually spoke with was polite (Roniel), they chose to save $10 on shipping rather than acknowledge and correct the mistakes made by their team.

Stayed here for three nights in September all good decent clean central hotel. Everything was expensive but you expect that for centre of the strip. Pool was shut but got to use the Paris pool which is easy to find as the two hotels are connected. Would stay again if the price was right
