"A very rundown and sad property- resort fee is criminal"

A very sloppy run down sad property. Many problem issues and customer service is non existent. I brought many issues about my room to the staff and zero corrections or even an apology was given. After the room cleaning was supposedly accomplished, the carpet had not been vacuumed, trash not even emptied, dust was everywhere, tore furniture, tore carpet, no ventilation in bathroom. All brought to guest service attention. Nothing was corrected. I suggest you stay at any other property. Pictures attached. v/r Mr. Willett

I discovered the Horseshoe Las Vegas years ago when it was called Bally's. Somehow, I ended up there for a couple of nights when I usually stayed downtown. Since then, I've stayed at Bally's/Horseshoe almost exclusively when I'm in Vegas. Here's why: • Excellent location. Center Strip, easily walkable to many great resorts and shows. Easy access to the interstate and Flamingo Road. Uber takes less than 15 minutes to/from the airport. • Some of the largest entry-level rooms you'll find at any hotel in any city. The rooms were remodeled just before COVID and I've found them to be in fine condition. Good-sized baths with glass shower stalls. • Reliable Wifi, fridges in every room, affordable pricing. • Most of the rooms offer decent views. This hotel is T-shaped: One side looks north along the Strip toward the ferris wheel and Sphere, another section looks south toward Paris and another faces west toward teh Bellagio fountains. The remaining two sides uninspiringly face the Paris parking lot and the city to the east. • Concerns? I have seen some *very* long lines waiting to check-in. Fortunately, because I'm here so often, I get to bypass those. Before getting "status" I found the check-in kiosks failed to work each and every time I tried to use them. So, check-in can be a real PITA, especially during peak arrival times.

The hotel room was OK. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not fully upgraded. I know they have been remodeling, but I think they stopped with the bathroom .One of the walls had a hole in it. The wallpaper was coming off and the cabinet under the sink needed to repainted or replaced. The towels were also very thin, didn’t look new. The shower was great was new. The doors were new. The bed was pretty comfortable.

Beds were little too soft but loyalty program is the best. Foods options are all too expensive. Poker room games were too small. Table game managers had a real bad attitude made me stop playing because that kept giving grief to players for no reason.

i Had to Pay For Parking $25 - The Poker Room would Not Comp My Parking even after i Played a cash game for over 4 - hours,,, Bathrooms were Dirty and out dated NO SOAP - Water Pressure Was Bad, The Slot Machines Don't Pay out - Hard to win any Money , The Aria Casino is Way Better
