First the positive: we had a large studio suite with a fabulous view of the sphere, the high roller and the strip. The room layout was comfortable with a seating area, roomy closets, nice bathroom and external vanity area. Now the not-so-good: the glass windows were dirty and the daily cleaning did not appear to include vacuuming. The AC was noisy and cycled on and off frequently, and kept my husband awake. The bed was so uncomfortable that I woke up with a backache every morning. I could not get a coffee machine brought to my room, apparently you need to be in a higher level suite to get one. The alternative was getting up & dressed & going to the lobby to buy coffees from the espresso shop there. Finally, the staff I interacted with was not very service-oriented and did not seem to care much about the clients or their needs.

"You might want to think about where you stay. Revolt about Resort Fee's"

Place is turning into a hole since they took over from Bally's. Starting with the resort fee's that all hotels charge to you to get absolutely NOTHING! No water, no coffee maker, the internet is slow and you have to check yourself in and out! Not that this is out of the way, how about the way the take care of the room, the HVAC filter hasn't been changed in who know how long, paint peeling in the shower, dirt and dust beyond the reach of the housekeeping staff an who knows what is on the wall and even the TV remote was broken, I'm sure it has been complained about many times. At $200 a night, I have seen a lot better places.

"Horrible. Do not stay here."

Disgusting hotel. The casino is just dirty and run down and the rooms weren't much better. When we checked in we had no hot water to take a shower before dinner which later turned into no water at all. Unbelievable for $350 per night you expect to have running water. At 4 am we had someone knock at our door trying to get into our room claiming to be looking for their 14 year old son. Huge security issues since anyone can get up to the room floors without scanning a card. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free.

"DONT STAY THERE!"

Worst hotel ever - horrible and extremely rude customer service. Dirty and run down. Dont stay there! The staff will NOT help you in any way what so ever. It happened to us on several occasions. The staff at the reception takes 1. price in being obnoxiously rude. It seems like they hate their job and their guests. Horrible experience. I have over the years traveled to 100+ countries and stayed at 1000+ hotels, so I have a lot of hotels to compare with. Just dont stay there....

First day we arrived checked in at the front desk went up to our room had to use the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush called the front desk to let them know they said the water was off…didn't tell us when we checked in!! Talked to a few other visitors staying there said they have been having water issues off an on. Paid an early check in fee of $51 & room was dirty.. hair was still in the shower looked like someone had just finished taking a shower.. floors had something spilt on them that was left from previous person so floors were not mopped.. At 4am the alarm went off the most annoying alarm ive ever heard in my life & they said there was no emergency then it went off again at 6am & they said there was no emergency. Also the food in the hotel was terrible I've never wasted so much food until now. To be such a high rated hotel it definitely didn't seem like it and for my first visit ever to vegas was not pleased. Hate to say it enjoyed the experience to an extent but this will be my first and last time!
