Parking: Self-parking is available for $49 + tax per day, per vehicle.

"Broken AC. Not a new issue."

We stayed here 3 nights at the end of May 2025. We had two rooms. One of the rooms had an AC unit that was not functioning. The temperature in the room got to 80+ degrees every afternoon. We had to open the windows for the room to cool off to be able to sleep. We told the front desk who sent a maintenance person who "fixed it". It was not fixed. We again reported to the front desk that it was still not functioning. They sent a different maintenance team, who proceeded to work on it for over 3 hours, so we missed spending some time with our family because we did not want to leave our room during this time. The maintenance team finally told us that the compressor was very old, working at only 40% of its capacity, and there was nothing they could do to fix it. And that this has been an ongoing issue. Matthew at the front desk was Not helpful at all. He was actually one of the rudest employees I have ever spoken with. He told me that there was nothing they could do about it, and there were no other rooms to move to (in the entire city, which I disproved by pulling up rooms on my hilton app right there on my phone). He literally told me to leave the front area because he wasn't going to do anything about it. We had to request fans. The first fan they brought up was broken. While we were requesting fans, someone else was at the front desk to tell them their AC was also broken. After leaving, Hilton sent me a request for feedback. When I responded with a summary of our issues, they told me the specific hotel would be reaching out to me to discuss, but that I could have 20,000 points as a consolation. For what its worth, I spent over 180,000 points booking this one specific room (and we had two rooms for this time period). 20,000 points is insulting. Over a week after Hilton's email, I still have not heard from the specific hotel management. I am so disappointed--I have never experienced such poor customer service from Hilton before. This does not even include the dirt and mold I found in our hotel room. Pictures attached.

Stayed for 7 nights in a one bedroom suite. Checked in using the app but digital key always seem to be a problem to obtain and ended up at reception to get the digital key authorised. The room itself is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The lounge area is comfortable with plenty of space to work. The kitchenette clean and the fridge is large and clean although there was an odour so didn’t keep anything in it. Bathroom is okay albeit fairly small with plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Bed comfortable and slept amazingly every night. Ac unit was a bit noisy with the controls behind the television made it a little difficult to see the panel to control it. I guess the main letdown is the breakfast with the hot items lukewarm at best except the oatmeal which was piping hot with a nice selection of toppings. Overall great but the price per night paid I would have expected a better quality breakfast offered.

My family booked a suite here because of the sofa bed in the living area so we could all have our own beds. The suite was much roomier than I expected and very comfortable. The room was very clean and well appointed, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

My family (3 rooms) before heading out on an Alaskan Cruise. The hotel staff was very welcoming, rooms appropriately stocked, and it was very convenient to the attractions and not far from the cruise ship. They even offered an inexpensive transport to the dock.

We've stayed at this property several times in the past and have always had no issues. Rooms are spacious and staff is friendly. However, this week we stayed in room 227, and the room was definitely not up to normal standards. Not very clean, dents and marks on the wallse everywhere. Shower kind of dirty, and worst of all, there seemed to be drops of blood on one of the living room chairs! (Pic attached) Definitely an under-par experience this time, and not sure what's going on. May need to reconsider future stays at this property.
