Conveniently located. Spacious rooms. Good value. I was upgraded to a king suite with a sleeper sofa. I appreciate the extra space when I'm on a business trip. It's nice to be able to spread out and still have space to relax. I would definitely stay here again. This location is highly recommended!

Had a reservation for Nov 8th checking out on Nov 9th. I put a deposit on the room 2 weeks before I arrived which was their policy. I arrived on the 8th and was told they had no rooms available. I asked how this could be if I made a reservation. I was told, if you make a reservation you go on a list that is first come first serve, if when you get here we sold out all the rooms then you do not have a room. This is beyond ridiculous and this is NEVER how a reservation has worked. Other guests checked in before me but the rooms were dirty so they wound up checking out. I was told to find another hotel. I called IHG reservations to see if they could help, they did find me another room at another hotel for an extra $100.00? I was advised by them that if I didn't want to spend the extra money to wait at this hotel and see if something opens up, mind you it was 9:30pm. I wound up cancelling my reservation along with 4 other couples that also were told no rooms and theirs were paid in full. We found another hotel 9 miles away and we all went there. (None of us knew each other) Holiday Inn Express then proceeded to charge my credit card in the morning.

Dirty laundry lined the hallways of this hotel. Individuals are loitering about in the halls and sitting around in chairs dragged out of rooms. This was all happening very late in the evening when we were checking in late after a long drive. We couldn’t get the lights on in our room. The door also didn’t seem to lock securely. We went back to front desk and checked out of this hotel because we did not feel safe. The bar and restaurant are also closed and not functioning due to staffing issues. We appreciate the front desk staff being kind and patient with us even though we decided to leave. Also be aware that the hotel rooms are external entry.
