NOT THE MOST GLAMOROUS. KINDA OUT DATED FACILITY. PLUS ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WAS FUNCTIONAL DURING OUR STAY. NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT BUT NOTHING TO PRAISE EITHER. IT WAS WELL PRICED. THERE IS NO RESTAURANT ON SITE. YOU CAN STEP OUT IN FRONT OF THE LOBBY AND TAKE YOUR CHANCES WITH A SMALL RESTAURANT CALLED "TOAST TO TOAST" WE WERE OVER THAT IN ONE DAY. MOST ATTRACTIONS ARE A 10-20 MINUTE BRISK WALK (SPACE NEEDLE, FISH MARKET, WATER FRONT ETC) WEATHER WAS OK NOT SUPER COLD. NOT SUNNY EITHER.

Very dingy and in desperate need of renovation. Cracks in walls and mold on the ceiling. Elevator was extremely slow. Then the one that worked broke and caused people to be stuck inside for about an hour and everyone had to take the stair which were located outside the hotel. Very overpriced for the state of the hotel. Extremely disappointed.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price - housekeeping was excellent the front staff very courteous and helpful and the breakfast included in my room price was very good. The location in downtown Seattle is very close to the Space Needle and walkable to Pike Market. We has a great time here in Seattle and highly recommend this hotel.

西雅圖市中心假日酒店 Holiday Inn Seattle Downtown - Lake Union, an IHG Hotel It’s not a hotel worth staying in. Although the location is okay, the hotel is old, the rooms are old, and the service staff is unsatisfactory. There are two elevators, but only one is usable. The other one started repairs in July and is now closed. It was not repaired in late August. There were so many people staying that we had to wait a long time before boarding, which was very inconvenient. However, the staff who cleaned and tidied the rooms were very conscientious and worthy of praise. 不值得住宿的旅館，雖然地理位置還可以，但旅館老舊，房間也老舊，服務人員也不盡人意，有電梯有兩座，但只有一座能使用，另一座7月開始維修，現在已經8月下旬也沒修好，住宿人數多，都要等很久才能搭乘，很不方便，不過清潔整理房間人員很盡責，值得表揚。

Decent hotel although I only stayed one night so it couldn’t have been all that bad. Hotel is centrally located in downtown and walking distance to coffee and grocery stores. It is currently replacing one of its two elevators so all 6 floors share one elevator. I just took the stairs but there are signs telling guests of the extended wait time for the elevator. Rooms are old but safe and relatively clean for a short stay. My room rate came with free breakfast from the attached restaurant but I opted not to eat there. There were free coffee and water in the lobby.
