Whilst we enjoyed the waterpark area of the pool very much, the rest of the property is in serious need of updating and repairs. In our room alone, there were multiple issues: the hinge on the bathroom door was broken so the door had to be lifted and shoved to close; the top drawer of the dresser missing screws so it doesn't close properly; shower bracket holding soap dispenser is loose from the wall; no hooks to hang wet towels; no zipline to hang up wet bathing suits; bedroom has a missing recepticle cover plate; floor tiles very dirty in bedroom.

We all enjoyed our selves. My son and his boys first time outside NJ. They enjoyed the Waterpark area. They had fun sight seeing at the downtown Disney attractions. They walked and took alot of pictures.

The room had a good setup, and the Waterpark pool was pretty good. We were not told that one of the pools was out of service until we arrived, and was under construction. We completely understand updating the amenities, but it would've been nice to know in advance, and not be in a room that overlooked the construction area. The parking lot was kind of a cluster because of the construction as well, and made it difficult to navigate and find parking. There were people parked everywhere. The check-in wasn't the best as there were signs when you entered the parking lot pointing towards one building and the guard redirected you to theMarketplace. When you entered that building, there were no signs directing you to the check-in desk. It was pretty disorganized. Other than those few things, we were pleased with our stay.

So, first, this place has not been updated in a long time, the carpets feel sticky and as if it was never washed. Secondly, customer service was ok, I asked for extra blankets and pillows for the pull out bed and 20min later we got a blanket that looked as if someone wrestled it from a pit bull and won. 15 min later we got 1 pillow. I called the next day cause they picked up our room, which was great but they didn’t refill the towels they took the old ones and forgot to refill it. When we asked they gave us a bag of towels and hand towels . (Grateful for that) lastly, the “waterpark” needs to be upgraded , paint peeling off rides, poolside chairs were all moldy, I was shocked honestly. the burger joint and icce and ice cream stand didn’t open till Friday, the last day we were there. (Tuesday -Saturday) everyday we went they had closed it down at least twice a day for “ water safety “ (whatever that means) for 30min and than and hour. They should let us know so we can plan not to come downstairs during those times. This place has soooo much potential it just needs a lil upgrade, and I guess make sure you come on weekends to get to enjoy all the shops, foods and amenities.
