Avoid this hotel at all costs! The only redeeming feature is the waterpark, pool, and water slides. Outside of that, the hotel is a disaster. The layout is like a maze, with two separate front desks—one called the Marketplace, which is far from the usual drop-off point, making it nearly impossible to find your way around. After 9 pm, good luck getting help, as there’s no staff at the check-in desk. I had the misfortune of accidentally leaving my key card in the room and was left outside for over two hours, waiting for someone to assist. Despite multiple calls to reservations, no one came to help. The rooms themselves are dirty and poorly equipped. I booked a two-bedroom suite, and neither room was enjoyable. The so-called "kitchenette" is completely useless, as it has no utensils. With the front desk so far away, staying here also feels unsafe. This place is confusing, frustrating, and guaranteed to ruin your mood.

Rooms and property smells like weed, breakfast is expensive and gross, the property charges you an extra $100 per night for parking and resort fees. The bedroom and bathroom have pocket doors that do not lock or completely shut allowing light and noise to cone through. You can hear your neighbors right through the walls. There are many other options in Orlando. I wish I would have chose them.

DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL! The hotel’s main highlights are the impressive waterpark, swimming pool, water slides, and indoor playzone. That is all! The other parts of the hotel are garbage. It’s like a maze with two front desks, one is called Marketplace, which is far from the usual taxi drop-off, so get ready to be lost. No staff are available at the check-in desk past 9 pm. I mistakenly left my key card in the room and waited outside for two hours until someone could assist me. Despite my repeated calls to the reservation (because no one was there at the front desk to answer the calls), they assured me that someone would come, but nobody did. I had the most terrible experience ever. The rooms are not clean. There isn’t even a single hair dryer. I booked a two-bedroom suite, and I didn’t enjoy any of the rooms. The suit has a small kitchen space with NO utensils. Given the distance from the check-in desk, staying there feels unsafe. THIS PLACE IS CONFUSING. You won’t want to stay here as it will constantly make you angry and ruin your mood.

We chose this hotel for the Waterpark features and extra space in the rooms. However, everything about this resort was disappointing. The waterpark structure was closed the entire time we were there, room was filthy, ice machine not available on our floor- we had to go to the first floor where it smelled like sewage. We were in building 7 and faced the pool so it was crazy loud all day long until 10P. The marketplace was also filthy with un-mopped floors and trash everywhere. The elevator to our building only worked 1 day of our trip- this is actually dangerous an emergency personnel would not be able to easily access the upper floors. We did not see a single person work on this elevator the rest of our 3 days. Resort and parking fees are excessive too…we should have stayed somewhere else for the same price and enjoyed it 100% more.
