The rooms were average, the pool area was small, which was fine, but there were very few chairs so people had to stand. My main issue was that I left my jacket in the front area. I called and was told they found it and would send a code so it could be sent to me. It never came. I called back. Same issue. I called a third time and the lady said, in a condescending tone, she would talk to the other receptionists and get back to me and don’t worry. We won’t forget you. I guess they did because I’ve never heard back

From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His warm welcome, friendly attitude, and genuine professionalism made me feel immediately at ease. Robert was incredibly attentive and took the time to answer my questions, offer local recommendations, and ensure my stay was comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who truly enjoys helping guests and takes such pride in their work — Robert is definitely one of those people. I can’t thank him enough for making my visit so enjoyable. If you’re staying at the Carlsbad Holiday Inn, I highly recommend seeking out Robert — he’s a true asset to the hotel and the reason I’ll be returning on my next trip!

Everything was very clean what was expected. Breakfast was included was very good. Great service. Close to the freeway with no freeway noise. I will be back again!!😅🙋❤️ Close driving to the beach in Carlsbad California. Must have 200 characters in a review. This part I don't like!!!! This is why I won't do it again or do Surveys!!😡🥵
