When we checked in we were greeted by Mac who was very friendly! Gave us a list of were to eat with recommendations. He let us choose our room but I asked him which he recommended. Happy with the one he chose away from traffic and on the end (201). This wasn’t the Holiday Inn express that we normally stay at but the rooms and breakfast were slightly better than the on on 17th street. However the 17th street Holiday Inn express has a better location. More grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Plus the port within walking distance.

Mac on the Front Desk was extremely efficient and helpful. Can thoroughly recommend this hotel but I would not recommend the shuttle service to the port - cheaper and less stressful to take an Uber!

We have stayed at the hotel several times and love the location. Vesna at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She made sure we were happy with our room location since we had asked for a specific room. Everything is in good working order.
