Holiday Hills Resort at Branson features a year-round indoor pool and hot tub, four outdoor pools (seasonal), an 18-hole championship golf course, two movie theaters, a game room, an onsite fitness center, and sports courts including tennis, basketball, volleyball, disc golf, shuffleboard, and tetherball.

This smoke-free resort also offers a computer station, barbecue grills, billiards/pool table, and more. Each individual room provides comfort with separate dining areas, a full kitchen, heating, ceiling fans, furnished balconies/patios, and more.

Silver Dollar City is approximately 12 miles from the resort and Branson's Theatre District is less than seven miles.

Pros: Had a two bedroom two bath room.Had a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen with a dining table, and four bar stools.Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware.Also had a microwave,range and refrigerator.Washer/Dryer combo.Price was less than two regular hotel room for six people.Cons:no housekeeping for our three night stay.Had to wash your towels but staff did bring fresh ones one time when asked.Also had to carry out your own trash but had receptacles nearby. Room was a short drive from the highway and from the check in building, several turns and up/down hills to locate our room in a wooded area. Main Con was a sales pitch to become a Villa member upon check in. When told I wasn’t interested was asked Why?.Didn't really want to justify, was already an IHG member.Would stay again.

This was the first time to Branson in 30 years. We had a 2 bedroom unit that was comfortable and is well insulated from outside noises. It is a only a short drive to the shopping area in downtown Branson.

I imagine that this was an amazing resort destination back in the day when it was new. But now it’s very old and very tired. The plus is that you are getting an apartment with plenty of room. That’s a pretty big plus. The staff is very friendly and genuinely helpful. I felt safe and slept good even though the property seemed mostly vacant.

We stayed here from August 23rd to August 30th, 2025 in a 2 bedroom condo with a full kitchen. I’ll start with the things we liked about the condo and property: the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils, the water pressure was okay and the water got to a pretty hot temperature, there was plenty of closet space to unpack, there was dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, it was fairly quiet aside from the couple in the next building over fighting loudly one evening, the arcade was fun for kids, they loan out board games and also provide free popcorn as well as movie nights in their theater. What we didn’t like about the condo and property: the grass wasn’t the nicest, the patio was on the smaller side and the table was huge (hard to get around if people were sitting outside), the master bedroom bathroom is NOT separate from the room (it’s a part of the room), the furniture wasn’t comfortable (couch, chair and chairs around the dining room table), the kitchen was very small and hard to maneuver with more than one person in it, the condo itself is really not big enough to sleep 6, I found 2 bugs that looked like petrified cockroaches, the indoor pool is ONLY open from 7pm-10pm daily and ONLY if they have a lifeguard (but the outdoor pools are fine to swim in without a lifeguard), and they did yard work on Friday morning at a ridiculous time which woke our entire family up and it lasted for hours. We likely won’t return to this resort simply because we come to Branson to be able to see family and offer a place to stay so they don’t have to spend money on air b&b’s or separate accommodations. It was just entirely too small for 4 adults and 2 children (aged 9 and 13) and we found more things that we disliked than what we liked.
