The Tampa Convention Center is approximately a 10-minute walk away, and Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Water Park are approximately a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Tampa Museum of Art is half a mile away and The Florida Aquarium is just 1.3 mile away.

I had a great experience during my stay. I arrived to the property early and Chris at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. He helped me find a quiet place to work until my room was ready. Kyle at the front desk was a life saver whenever my laptop mouse stopped working and I needed to borrow a mouse for work. He also took the time to walk me outside and give me directions to the riverwalk, helped with bicycle rental, and provided food recommendations. Upon checkout, Steven at the front desk was kind and made sure I had everything squared away for departure. Overall I had a great stay and would stay here again in the future.

I had an outstanding experience at the Tampa Hilton. Steven F, checked me in with A+ customer service skills, very knowledgeable, and kind. He went the extra mile to find me a quiet area room, and even though I work in customer service like him, and am constantly around others in the public view, I need my quiet time to refresh and restore. Do to childhood trauma I need this peaceful time away from others, and this young man understood the assignment, and fixed the situation immediately. He did not know it but he was my therapist at the time. Hilton is so fortunate to have Steven represent their brand. He is a bright star.
