This has to be the WORSE Hilton property that I have stayed at. The room was hot and no matter what I set the thermostat on it was hot (77 degrees). The bathroom had no body wash, no hair conditioner and there was an open USED soap in the shower. The shower would not drain properly and as soon as you turned the water on it would fill up even though the stopper was in the open/drain position. There were crumbs on the floor Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Saturday and Sunday were the ONLY 2 days my room was cleaned properly. The lobby area was always COLD. I called to complain to guest services whose line kept disconnecting when I called. I finally spoke with the front desk manager who was apologetic for the issues and offered a few thousand points to be added to my account, but I haven't seen those yet either. The ONLY bright spots were Brandi and Teresa in the dining room. They were helpful and courteous every time we came to the restaurant to eat. I hope that this property will be looked at from a managerial standpoint because it is SORELY lacking the Hilton property standard.

The low rating is due to avoidable inefficiencies. We were exhausted and just wanted to check in and rest before our drive the next day. 1. Requested room without bathtub to climb over to shower. Were told there were only 2 rooms without bathtubs. Got key, went to 7th floor room in tower. Key didn’t work, hall didn’t have air conditioning and husband took long walk to front desk for new key while I sweated in the hall with luggage carrier. 2. New key opened the door to a surprised and not happy couple that we barged in on them with our luggage rack. 3. Husband took long walk back to front desk while I waited in the hot hallway with luggage rack. 4. New room didn’t have electricity near bed. Used flashlight on phone to find number to call for maintenance to get electricity for cpap and to charge devices. 5. Back to front desk. Maintenance fixed situation. 6. Tried to park car but ticket to get in lot didn’t work. Too angry to go back to front desk. 7. The reason there was no electricity by bed was that lamp didn’t turn off. Called maintenance but cancelled because we were so angry about our stay. Unscrewed the lightbulb . This hotel has many strong points if only we had a normal check in and no bathtub to climb in. Worst hotel experience.

I never write reviews but had to tell others to avoid this hotel. To start with I checked in through the HIlton app and requested the digital key many hours before getting to the hotel. Upon arriving I noticed the app still said the digital key was pending. That meant I got to wait in line upon entering the hotel. I booked on Priceline for one night. Nowhere on Priceline does it say they charge for parking, had I known I would have booked a different hotel. The woman at the check in desk was extremly rude after I questoned her about the parking. They did not even know that i had a car until I asked the gentleman that was also checking people in if the spot where I had parked my car was ok. There were about 8 other vehicles also parked there, but it was on a side street that went to the back of their parking lot and the Hampton Inn adjacent, not in their actual lot.. He said it was fine. The next morning I went out to my car to find an orange sticker on my driver's window that I still have not gotten off and will not be able to do so without a blade and rubbing alcohol. The sticker said I was illegally parked and would be towed if I did not move it. As already mentioned there were 8 other cars also parked there the previous night, and 3 others still there that morning, only one other of which had a sticker. The hotel, or their agent, clearly did this as it was not a ticket, this after the guy at check in said it was fine there. Now to the actual hotel itself, the lobby looked nice, had been remodeled. The room on the other hand was s differnt story. The handles on the bathroom door looked really old and worn, as did the locks and handles on the room door. There was light that shown through the cracks completely around the main door. The elevator smelled like weed, while the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. It sounded like two large dogs in two different rooms bordering my room that kept barking. The AC would never cool the room, no matter how low I set it. To top it all off, the next morning, after only being parked at the hotel for about 13 hours, and not even in their lot, they charged me for not just one night of parking, but two. I had to call back and the gentleman said he refunded me for the extra charge. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I will neve stay there again and Hilton should strip them of their franchise.

The lobby and restaurant/bar areas are nice but that's where the niceness ends. The rest of the place is dated, barely maintained, stinky, and gross. Situated in a seedy neighborhood with difficult parking at the hotel. Housekeeping should be retrained, management should be investigated, and Hilton should be ashamed to have their name on the front of the place. Two stars for the lobby and the long suffering employees, five bulldozers and a wrecking ball for the rest.
