If you value your health do NOT stay here as several rooms have black mold on the bathroom ceilings and in the air vents! Totally unhealthy!

"Easy sleep and fly option"

We stayed here the night before our flight because the hotel offers parking and a shuttle to and from the airport. Check-in was quick and easy. When we got to our room, we noticed the door latch wasn’t secured properly, which prevented the door from locking. I tried calling the front desk several times from the room phone with no answer, but when I called from my cell, they picked up right away and sent maintenance. The technician arrived promptly, assessed the issue, grabbed a part, and came back to fix it. After that, the door shut and locked properly with no problems. The room itself was quiet and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay before an early flight. Parking was simple — the gated lot felt secure and had multiple shuttle pick-up points. After our return flight, we easily found the shuttle back to the hotel and headed home without any hassle. Overall, this was a convenient and reliable option for a sleep-and-fly stay. I’d use this hotel again for early flights out of the area

"Front desk and wait staff saved the day"

Okay, this visit did not start well but the service here redeemed what probably wouldn’t have been a good stay. I used my digital key to go straight to my room at check in and it smelled excessively like marijuana. Not sure if it was the room itself or coming from an adjacent room but it was terrible. Front desk quickly reassigned my room thankfully and no issues with the next room. Bed was very comfortable ! The hotel is really need of upgrading in the rooms, specifically the bathrooms. Bathtub has caulking missing, bathroom doors chipped and very worn, light fixtures on the wall loose and crooked. However, the wait staff down in the lounge was excellent. Lounge was comfortable and modern and a break place to just unwind. The waitress found a wine that wasn’t on the menu anymore and the bartender gave a very generous pour. The wait staff was super friendly and engaging with conversation and to be honest it saved the stay from being a let down. This hotel is literally 5 mins from the airport and you can tell it’s a little worn because of all the travelers. It shares a parking lot with the newer Hampton Inn right next door. You have to pay for parking up front at the gate or type your phone number for entry if you have a digital key. Hotel shuttle is available.

"Paid for nothing"

Disappointed to say the least! We Stay at the Hilton every time we travel but this day was different. Check in was good. Booked a 4 person room accommodation and the room only had two towels and face clothes, no hair dryer, called housekeeping repeatedly no answer went to front desk asked for towels and hair dryer was told housekeeping doesn’t come in until 10am and she was alone and couldn’t leave the desk. 10am came and left, no housekeeping check out is noon have a flight to catch needed to be gone by 11 still no towels and no hairdryer almost missed our flight for no towels and a hairdryer that never made it to our room. Completely unacceptable for the price I paid for the room!

Part of the hotel was renewed. My room was horrible. AC dis not work. Smell bad and it was dirty. I had to ask for another room. Front desk was very nice.
