"Family trip from DC"

Stay was great, friendly front desk, restaurant servers and bartenders! Shuttle guys that I’ve been with, I believe it was Oscar and Joe, the most chill and coolest person I’ve encountered while I’m here in Missouri! Staff here made me feel at home!

"Clean but probably won’t stay again"

Stayed here for a layover enroute to NY. Staff was friendly. Hotel and room were clean. Shower in room was good with good water pressure and good hot water. I will say the hotel was very warm and not in the inviting way. We stayed on the 9th floor and it was extremely warm, even walking down the hallways. The thermostat in the hallway said 80 degrees. Our room was 76 when we went inside and despite turning the thermostat down to 65, our room never cooled below 73. The beds are extremely soft with thick, down pillows which makes getting comfortable very hard because your head cannot settle into the pillow but your body sinks in the bed. Not a comfortable setup. The airport shuttle we were told by two separate employees that it runs every 15 minutes both to and from the airport. Be advised this was not the case. We waited at the airport for almost 30 mins to be picked up and on leaving the hotel the next morning, we waited 25 mins. This is after we watched the shuttle parked at the entrance to the hotel for 10 minutes with about dozen guests waiting out front for it. Allow extra time for the shuttle. We are loyal Hilton members but will probably look for a different hotel when we’re in St. Louis again.

"Disappointing."

Not a good choice. Checked in around 5:30 on Friday, 1/31/2025......Were not told about all the construction going on....shuttle driver missed the entrance....hard to get around. Person at the reception desk has ABSOLUTELY no business dealing with the public. She was not friendly, had an smart attitude and not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. Food and service in the restaurant was very good.

"Needs Some Updating"

We have stayed here twice. We used the Park N Fly, that is a great deal. The room this time was showing its age, caulk was black around the tub. They are renovating the lobby, I hope they work on the rooms. The staff is excellent, food and bar service is good. They are adding a Hampton attached to it, might want to stay there in newer rooms.

The whole experience was awful. 30 minutes to wait for the airport shuttle after several calls that “they were on their way” The hotel is maybe a 2 minute drive so the wait was insane. Our room was gross. Shower, toliet and tv all broken. The toliet paper was broken too. We couldn’t get ready in the morning. There were wrappers under furniture and the bathroom ceiling was peeling. Photos tell the story. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations.
