Be aware of this hotel when you hand your credit card & when you check out without them informing you of the charges. This is what happened to us they charged for parking never had a charge for parking to guests staying at the hotel. I noticed the charge on my card when we returned back home. When I tried to contact them Brain said I should have known that they do.

"Bed Bugs and unhelpful management"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5

Bed bugs. We found bed bugs in our room and they refused to offer any kind of refund other than comped parking and allegedly some Hilton points. I say allegedly because they were apparently credited to some account that isn't any of the emails my wife or I have and they wouldn't tell us the email associated with the account they credited. Definitely avoid this hotel at all costs. Not only can they not guarantee the cleanliness of their rooms, but they won't do anything about it to make up for all physical and psychological effects of being bitten all over by bed bugs.

"STAFF TRIED TO STEAL MY SWITCH 2"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed November 24, 2025 NEW
This hotel has a nasty staff most specifically the manager who is very callous, rude, and a liar who covers up for her staff. She is the most mean and seriously rude to a point of unprofessionalism I have ever witnessed. have stayed at this hilton property for FOUR YEARS. I have witnessed staff changes and been friendly with bar staff for years. I have been here more times than I can count on both my boyfriend and my own Hilton diamond accounts separately several times for years and I have never been treated like this before. And last month in October I finished out a stay at the hotel, left in a bit of a hurry and even left a $100 tip for the housekeeper as I left in a rush. only to realize an HOUR after check out that I had left my switch 2 behind, this is a console that is $500 and also has all of my digital games on it. I contact the hotel immediately to let them know that I left it behind and I’m coming to pick it up but the front desk staff tells me they don’t have it. Weird. So when I come in I am very upset and already crying knowing that I left my switch out in the open, how could they “not see it”. I go up to my room right away and there is a housekeeper, a houseman, and the manager in question all standing around all as if my switch 2 wasn’t on the side table next to the bed. The manager instantly started being rude from the very beginning telling me I misplaced my switch even though I left only an hour ago - telling me she’s not responsible and that it’s not there even though I’m telling her I just left and I know that it is. She is going out of her way to be unhelpful and rude it seemed. It is at this point that I realize that the housekeeper was attempting to steal my switch. I go to the lobby and begin crying, I let the manager know that I believed her housekeeper wanted to keep my switch and that I know I left it there, I believed it to be stolen. The manager just tells me I can’t cry in the lobby and I “need to leave because I’m not a guest” as if I wasn’t a guest an hour ago or a person who frequents and has spent thousands of dollars at this hotel over the years. Absolutely treated horribly for knowing my lost item was there and returning immediately for it. I think the housekeeper felt bad I was crying because after I left my switch 2 “suddenly turned up!” And “was on the side table by the bed all along” yeah, right. I’m glad I got my expensive item back but I will never be back or forget the way this jaded manager treated me for advocating for my item I knew was there. Don’t leave anything expensive behind because they WILL try to steal from you and gaslight you that you left it somewhere else even when you know where you left it. Shame on them for being thieves and for trying to get away with it, and for the callous manager who does not know how to handle these types of situations AT ALL. At the very least she could have told me she would let me know if it turned up, but she went right to being extremely rude and defensive telling me it’s not there at all. They are all liars and they know it

Wonderfully appointed room (suite)! Room was immaculate and well cleaned daily. Lobby is very nice and clean. This hotel appears to be recently remodeled; it is well done. Everything points to a classic Hilton stay! Will be back.

"Not a clean establishment"

We stayed at this location for 3 days. All 3 days there was trash in the elevator hallway that never got picked up. Also, when we arrived there was lots of hair in our shower. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of this location. I don’t think we would stay here again.
