The Hilton San Diego Bayfront is an absolutely beautiful hotel with a luxurious feel from the moment you step inside. The modern design, pristine cleanliness, and well-manicured surroundings make it clear that attention to detail is a priority here. Everything and everyone is polished, professional, and accommodating, making for a truly first-class experience. The rooms are spacious, stylish, and incredibly clean. No matter which side of the hotel you’re on, you’re guaranteed a fantastic view—whether it’s the bay, the city skyline, or the Coronado Bridge. I had the chance to visit friends staying in different rooms, and every single one had a breathtaking view. It’s rare to find a hotel where every room feels like a premium pick! One of my favorite parts of the stay was the gym. For a hotel gym, it’s surprisingly well-equipped, offering a great selection of cardio machines, free weights, and strength training equipment. If staying active while traveling is important to you, this gym will not disappoint. Dining options on-site are also excellent. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a meal, the food and drinks are high quality, with a good variety to choose from. The lobby bar is a great spot to unwind, and there are several other restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The only small drawback is the location during Padres game days. The hotel is right next to Petco Park, and while this is a huge plus for baseball fans, it does mean that traffic and pedestrian congestion can be a bit of a hassle. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but if you’re checking in or heading out around game time, just be prepared for some delays. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in San Diego. Whether you’re here for business, a getaway, or an event, the Hilton San Diego Bayfront delivers an upscale, comfortable, and memorable experience. I highly recommend it and would absolutely stay here again!

I live in north county San Diego but have been to this location on many occasions for work. Although the parking isn’t cheap, I always spend my down times in the lobby bar. Every time Shayla the bartender is there she greets me with a smile and welcomes me back. Keeps me coming back.
