Hilton Naples in Naples, FL

This is our third stay at the hotel over the last three years. It’s pretty good but could be a lot better with some small tweaks. Front desk staff have improved a lot (they used to be quite rude). Rooms are large and the room cleaning staff are excellent. The main negative was our room window was filthy and needed a really good external clean. Gym is pretty good, with several Peloton bikes. Pool is quite small - and there really should be more towels and sun beds. It’s often hard to get a bed, even though there is space to fit in at least another dozen? Shula’s restaurant - where to start? This is a premium steak restaurant. Breakfast is only A La Carte - annoying if you want a quick turnaround, but the only option. The food quality is inconsistent from good to poor. The service is inconsistent from average to terrible, despite the restaurant appearing to employ a lot of staff. Pancakes were good. Eggs are priced at ‘Market’! This is surely a massive overreaction to the egg price issues in the US. We ordered two eggs as a side dish and were charged $9 + a surcharge of $1 for cooking (poached that were so hard they were hard boiled)! My breakfast arrived 15 minutes after my wife’s, with barely a comment. How difficult can it be to serve a prompt and reasonable breakfast when First Watch manages to do it very well only a few hundred yards down the road? We didn’t risk dinner this time, despite it seeming popular with the locals. Overall - this could have been better.

Room was a good size, comfortable, clean and well appointed. Parking is free which is a major bonus in a city. Nice pool area. There is a shuttle service to the beach and chairs are provided to bring with you, but it’s a bit of a trek. The only meal we had there was breakfast ( 2 days). The food was disappointing and service was particularly bad one of the days. Staff were even getting a little impatient with customers! Bar area is busy at night but had a good atmosphere and good service.We found service at reception to mixed from varying from pleasant to indifferent.

The Hilton in Naples, Florida was amazing. The staff is extremely accommodating and they were able to help us out with everything we needed. Jenna was the absolute best - She went above and beyond to ensure that we were 100% satisfied throughout our stay. I will most certainly be recommending this hotel for friends / family in the future!

Amazing customer service. The text feature was excellent for getting in touch with the hotel regarding shuttle times, etc. I left my Apple Watch in my room, lost in between the sheets - I texted the front desk from the airport and (amazing!) Bithia promptly responded, hunted down my watch and had it shipped to my home before I had even boarded the plane. Location was incredible!! We enjoyed a lovely walk to Clam Pass beach. Restaurants near by were SO good. Amazing shopping, pool, etc. The room was super quiet and clean. We would return in a heartbeat.

Staff was very friendly and very efficient. Room was a good size, bed and pillows were comfortable, shower & towels were very good. Breakfast service was fast and food was good quality and fairly priced. Overall feel was warm and works for business or pleasure.
