Boring hotel. Staff rude. There is no complimentary valet parking, despite a notice at the front of the hotel advertising this service. Well you will be waiting hours before seeing a member of staff. On arrival we waited for Valet Parking..after a few minutes wait no one assisted so my husband took all our suitcases out of the car and then my husband parked our car... all whilst 2 male members of staff looked on. NO ONE OFFERED ANY HELP. I stood there with 4 suitcases and despite being seen by MULTIPLE staff members I was IGNORED. We struggled with our cases to the reception and in those first few minutes of our arrival, we got the vibe of this hotel. *** The hotel was full of bored lazy staff***. They were unhelpful and lack lustre. In 3 weeks in America we stayed in a total of 4 hotels in Florida, 2 of which have received 5 star reviews. I have given 2 stars only due to the comfortable bed and the large room. This hotel lost stars because of the staff. To the management.... Good Staff are the back bone of a good hotel. And some 'firing' of old staff and hiring of new staff is very much needed. We would NEVER stay in this hotel again

Great bed and pillows! Really comfy sleep as the bed and pillows were excellent. Pool much better than expected. Staff lacked smiles and engagement. Great location. They offer a shuttle to beach which we didn’t use. Lots of parking.

Recently went to Hilton Naples, was a frequent visitor to this hotel a couple of years ago and wife and I decided to make holiday weekend trip back. Want to give a big Thank You to BRAD VAN DUSEN front desk supervisor, after may prior years coming to this hotel BRAD welcomes my wife and I and made sure our stay was what we expected. Hotel is still very nice rooms were clean and spacious, HH members get to enjoy Breakfast at SHULAS with hotel credit, free parking, nice pool, free to use TB beach chairs to use on beach and bicycles to use around area. Would definitely recommend this hotel and give 5 stars.

Stayed at this property to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday and we had an amazing time! We want to thank all the staff especially Shpresa Malo for making this stay so special! Shpresa helped decorate the room and she truly exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to staying here again!
