Great hotel with great staff. Jess at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Want to thank the manager, Mr. Kervinson, for all of his help. Love this hotel and will be back next year if not sooner. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The food is always perfect.

"Hilton Marco Island, never again."

Hilton Marco Island – Memorial Weekend Stay Review We usually stay at the Marriott, but their prices over Memorial Weekend were outrageous. After seeing photos and hearing about Hilton’s renovations, we decided to try it out. Unfortunately, it was disappointing, starting with unfriendly and seemingly incompetent front desk staff. Arrival & Parking: There’s no valet, and some parking spots are quite far. Yet, they charge $38 per day for self-parking, which feels excessive and should be clearly stated at booking. The Tesla chargers were a plus for us. We requested early check-in but were told no rooms were ready. They said they’d call when our room was ready but never did. When we returned at 4 pm, we were told the room had been ready for some time. The Room: The room was clean with nice views. However, the shower head was terrible — only 8 tiny water holes, making rinsing off after the beach frustrating. This alone makes me not return. Beach: The chairs are cheap as in most hotels. During a busy weekend, getting the chairs you want requires lining up by 7:30 am for the 8 am opening. On one occasion, a family took my chairs, and with poor management, there was no way to prove it or get help. Pool: We didn’t use it, but it looked small and cramped. Service: No valet, as mentioned. The restaurant bar had no table service even though there were servers nearby by the pool. Same servers should service the bar. Dining: Only one restaurant on-site with limited options. Thankfully, two great restaurants—Prime and Oyster Society—and a decent Mexican spot are just across the street, which I recommend for lunch or dinner. Fitness Center: By far the worst I’ve seen at a resort. For a $40 resort fee, you get only dumbbells, one bench, and a few aerobic machines—no weight machines or other equipment. I’ve been to motels on the side of the road with better gyms. Towels: Both beach and room towels were old and worn, with holes in the room towels. Checkout: We requested late checkout after five days on a quiet Tuesday post-Memorial Day, and it was denied due to supposed full occupancy. Yet, my wife saw a paper at the front desk showing only 46% occupancy. Despite being Hilton Honors members, we felt undervalued. Summary: This Hilton is not for me. For the extra cost and better experience, I’d pay $200 more per night at the Marriott or opt for an Airbnb instead. The lack of service, comfort, and value means I’m not returning. Seems to me that with very little effort this could be a good option. Not!!!!

"Nice location"

Stayed here for a long weekend in May. The location was great. The beaches were nice at this part of Marco, walkable to restaurants and shopping . The area felt very safe . We did park our vehicle at the hotel and tons of parking to pick from, there is a daily parking fee fyi. The hotel rooms were spacious we got an ocean view room with 2 queen beds. The room had a partial view of the ocean. If I had to do it again I would have booked the deluxe so we could watch the sunset from our balcony . The room had a small fridge and coffee maker . There were not enough towels for our family of four at check in but we just grabbed some from the cleaning staff. On that note half of the staff we interacted with were Not the kindest including the cleaning staff. I felt like I was inconveniencing them anytime I would ask for something . The pool on the weekend was very very very busy. They did have snow cones and other things for kids at the pool on certain days . Also yoga on the beach was offered on Saturday morning for $15.00. We were also told no coolers were allowed at the pool. There was only one person working taking orders at the pool for drinks etc which was not adequate for the amount of people there . Also the towels that they give you to use at the pool could use an upgrade they are thin and just getting old . We did end up just sitting at the bar for service one day and the bar staff were exceptional! The beach is an easy walk and the complimentary two chairs and umbrella was a nice touch! The staff at the chair and umbrella hut were also awesome!! Over all it was a nice stay and I would stay again.

Taylor with the beach booze cart was amazing. She introduced me to my new favorite mixed beach drink - the Miami Vice. She was personable, funny, engaging, and genuinely interested in where vacationers were from. Our whole family loved it when she stopped by our umbrella. With people like Taylor working here, we will always come back.
