About to spend my 6th and final night here on vacation before flying home in the morning back to the east coast. My wife and I had a great room…..but after 5 days here, our room hasn’t been visited once by house keeping at all. I have twice requested someone to clean the room and each of these requests on two separate days were ignored. I have replaced the towels myself after getting clean linen from the front desk. and remade the bed too. I complained this early evening about this and wasn’t contacted by any member of management. The very nice lady on the front desk said her boss was going to give me a refund but I had to contact the booking agent, in this case Expedia, to get my refund. Still no contact from management and a ruined vacation because Hilton didn’t clean our room once during our stay.. Disappointed, is a huge understatement.

This hotel was average for the price. The one bedroom suite offered large rooms with plenty of space and rooms were clean. Hilton Garden Inns do NOT include a free breakfast. It's $15+ per person. If you plan on having breakfast at the hotel - I would make sure to factor this when making your decision. Hotel was loud the weekend of our stay. Kids running up and down the halls knocking on doors at midnight but I believe there was a sporting group staying over the weekend so that's hard to control. Indoor pool and hot tub is a nice area.

The staff was so nice and helpful the hotel it's self was clean. The room was very nice. There was a dead fly on the night stand and a couple beatle like things in the kitchen but I do think bugs happen no matter where you go? The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life.y partner ended up sleeping on the couch and said it was like concrete. The room was nice other than that. Loved the big bath tub we were in a king one bedroom suite

This was my second stay at this property and will be my last. The property is old and in dire need of upgrades. The AC/heaters take forever to respond and sound like a thrashing machine when operating. My room appeared clean until you get into the shower. There is visible mold on the ceiling with more staring to show through. All corners of the shower have mold. I could continue but take my word, it feels more like a cheap motel than any Hilton property I've seen, and I average 100+ nights a year. Even at check in you aren't offered water, which is always nice after a day of traveling but you can buy it in the room for $3. The breakfast is slow and not very good...I'll leave it at that. This property has the look and feel of being franchise owned and cutting every corner with disregard for the guests. There are better options just up the road that I'd highly recommend before coming here.
