We had an excellent stay and the staff was wonderful. They were so cheerful, helpful and accommodating. Our room was airy and very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. There were plentiful towels and the comforters were much nicer than in some of the other places we have stayed. There are many areas to sit and relax and on a slightly chilly night we entertained our friends around the warm fire pit in the outside courtyard. Dania our housekeeper was an excellent person to keep the room in order and the engineering department was helpful and courteous. The front staff is exceptional and ready to help with suggestions of interesting places to visit. They were patient with our questions and requests as well. Thank you to everyone including the gracious restaurant staff and the people who we came to know and appreciate-Kat, Brian, Ashley, My, Fernanda, James and Robyn. This was our third trip to this hotel since the beginning of 2025 and the staff and ambiance are the reasons we keep coming back.

26 yrs of travel and this location delivered the poorest customer service and property quality I’ve ever experienced. For $300+ per night you receive poor service, internet down in building B, no pool or jacuzzi - also down, stained carpets, continued room card issues requiring engineers to help unlock doors, changed room without permission after selecting room on Hilton app plus if you have a large SUV their garage can’t handle it so they require you to park in a public parking lot. Said parking lot has a broken kiosk and is also used for uber drivers to hang out in + you need to pay. Credit card piece is broken so you need cash and the nearest ATM - the hotel where they charge you to acquire said cash. Mngr knew of issues as reported to them via Hilton corporate and in two days they never reached out. As someone who travels the country frequently I highly recommend you avoid this property at all costs. Far below Hilton standards. First time posting after hundreds of trips.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff. Beds a bit soft. Accessible shower was a bit difficult to figure out so got water everywhere! Overall had a good stay. Close to the airport. Killer Shrimp across the street makes a great Tommy’s Margarita!!!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Marina del Rey and had a fantastic experience – but what truly stood out was the incredible service from the staff. After checking out, I realized I had left a personal item behind in my room. I emailed the team and was immediately reassured that they would do everything they could to help. Within a short time, not only had they found the item, but they also made arrangements to safely return it to me. The honesty, professionalism, and kindness of the team truly touched me. From check-in to check-out, the hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly committed to making every guest feel valued. The location is unbeatable – close to the marina and just a short walk to the beach – and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.
