Great hotel! Very nice grounds! Rooms are clean and large. The property is across the street from the ocean. 3 miles to Carlsbad Village.

The atmosphere was nice. The location was not as I promised I had to walk across the street to see the beach then found out that I couldn’t walk down to the actual water. I had to go back and get my car and drive down there couldn’t find a parking until the next day but once I got down to the beach I loved it. So nice I love the patio laundry area with a big fireplace. That was amazing. The staff was very nice. We’re definitely. Signing to go back and then your future.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel is nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I had a few interactions with Jay Khan at the front desk—he is warm, easy to talk to, and very patient in listening to my questions and concerns. He did everything he could to help, and I truly appreciate his support during my stay. Corey was also extremely helpful. When I first approached him, our conversation was interrupted, so I went to sit on the sofa to read and planned to return later. But as soon as he had a moment, he came over to find me and offered his help. That level of attentiveness really stood out. Overall, it was a great stay.

"Nice But Hard To Naviagte"

The room was very comfortable, available right away despite us arriving later at night, and the staff was very respectful of us not requesting housekeeping during our stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and responsive to our needs. The view from across the street is gorgeous and the hotel is super close to Downtown Carlsbad, LegoLand, and the mall. The only bad thing was the hotel was very difficult to navigate. We struggled finding our room later at night and hotel staff did admit to issues with digital keys at this hotel.

"Beautiful area!"

This hotel has a great location. It's right across the street from the beach, and beautiful walking paths along the cliff. Hotel staff is very nice and the hotel rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. You can open your window to feel the sea breeze. The only down fall is that check in was an hour after the check in time and it was disappointing that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations when we arrived. We were really hoping to use the pool area.
